MY (our) 1st experience with what is most likely an Agoda homestay, not a hotel. There was no front desk which threw me for a loop as the was no instructions on what to do, Problem solved with 1 phone. You call the place with your reservation number and they direct you to one of 4 buildings, you go to the mail room and get your key from your rooms mailbox. After that, it was a very nice stay. Small 1 bedroom apartment. Queen size bed. Cooktop and microwave if you wish. We were in the furthermost building from the beach but it was a 2-5 minute walk thru the beautiful property. One of the buildings offered a laundry service we used and was very happy with. Another building had a GYM you could use if you so desire. We used both pools and the one closest to the Beach was biggest and warmest because it is exposed to sunlight more than the pool between the rear 2 buildings. Many food options within walking distance and local tuk-tuks and taxis are always around if you wish to head downtown.

This property is non existent. Weve waited at the lobby of building for so long. We kept on calling the phone number but no one was answering. Until finally a man (cant recall the name) called us back and said he already cancelled and no longer own the unit. Apparently it's Agoda's modus to still accept bookings and fool their cuatomers that it's not existing anymore. Im in the process of filing a complaint and demanding for the refund! This is unacceptable Agoda!

When I arrived after booking Lumpini Park Beach B I was told that I was in D not B, and that they only put B on the advert as thats where they meet you. they do not have any apartments in block B. Block D is twice as far from the beach, next to the busy main road at the back and only has use of one pool, not 3. The apartment is a private rental, it doesnt belong to the resort. Didnt see the rep/agent again, not even when checking out. sent the cleaner to collect the key. This isnt what I booked and feel ripped off

We got a cozy unit on the 26th floor that has the basic amenities you need. Keys were handed by the kind owner, K..., and left the place to ourselves to enjoy. Room was clean, it has a kitchen with microwave, electric kettle, fridge, sink, and plates/utensils. Wifi and air-conditioning are both good. Bed is quite hard, TV only has local channels, and the directions shown by the online maps are a bit different. Turns out, the entrance is right along the main street with a large signage. Didn't get the chance to use the nice pool and beach which are visible from the window. Overall, I enjoyed the stay - I wished we have stayed longer.
