We are very happy with our stay- Though 3 star but service wise quite prompt to solve if any. Stay at Premium room- room was very good, room service on the 3rd floor ; Surya did an excellent room service, cleaning Std exceeds expectation. The Magnus Restaurant had excellent staff Gin and his team and food too. Prices very reasonable. Location 15 mins away from Pune camp. We had ok with it. Price is nearly half the price per nite. It worked well with our budget. All main basic services available - laundry, room service meals - TV with many channels, fridge & etc. We will highly recommend to stay there. Auto and Uber services very easily available. We will definitely stay next time we visit Pune.

Staff weren’t friendly and denied for late checkout i was charged for it, i booked my stay with meal plan but they did not provided saying me it’s not included.. and the worst part of my stay was they made me stay in reception after my checkout and asked me to wait until the room was checked... that was such a insult I never faced this at any hotel but this was disappointing anyways the rooms were clean, Restaurant was good and service was also good, staffs must change their behaviour towards their guest(the one with a round face)

Hi My stay at hotel is good. It is clean , staff is very supportive and helpful. Location is very good. Overall stay is very good However there is one thing. There is no Privacy. Seems there is a door connected between 2 rooms and all sound of one room is passed to other guest room. Team can try to correct privacy and confidentiality

I’ve stayed here more than 6 times since Jan’23– it’s always have been a ‘No problem’ stay. Little bit issues arrises with regards to cleaning, bathroom supplies and water replenishment which you need to bring into their attention to fix it. The best is the kitchen capable of serving midnight munch, so you don’t sleep with unattended cravings.

“Amazing Hotel”
Stayed here for 2 days and the experience was smooth. I needed early checking in to the hotel so I paid little extra to the hotel but then I got my room, It was clean , amazing and well organized. The hotel itself hosts a restaurant which is very convenient and also the food taste was decently good. The bathroom and toilet were kept clean and seeing that I was actually satisfied. Would def recommended this hotel. Also its situated in koregoan park which itself is a nice location. Wifi facility is also available that is actually useful. Enjoyed my stay here.
