The owner of the hotel very helpful and supportive..so does the staff, feeling safe and warm with their service and welcome. From the bed you can see the mountain view and some day they are cloud make you feel like waking up in the cloud. The staff very helpful and polite. Food are yummy you can rely on everyday. The room are clean and new.

hotel is situated in a nice place. i have booked two rooms one deluxe and other suite. rooms are spacious and good. restaurant is good. managers are good. suite no. 203 toilet doesn't have any exhaust, that's a demerit of that room. this hotel is very near to hidamba temple and club house, both are walking distance and a big merit of hotel.
