I booking 2 room from Agoda at 11PM to stay at 2AM for the next day but staff refuse me to enter to the room because The hotel only check in at 12AM I want to negotiate to enter sooner than 12AM but hotel staff refuse my request I am very disappointed and never refund 2 rooms that I already booking. It's worst service for me.

We stayed here for almost a week to attend a business convention on other part of Pathum Thani. I could truly say that despite the language barrier, we get to be able to across our message to the staff. 2 of the staff know how to speak few English, while some really do not know English words. However, they are very resourceful in communicating with us. With the help of the app google translate, we can understand each other, somehow. the only downside I can say about the place is the communication barrier and the food. They have free breakfast but limited to choices of porridge and soup. The other downside is its inaccessibility, because the only way to reach your destination is by taxi. There is a 20-minute walk 7-11 and tesco grocery for all your needs. along the way there are food stall in case you got hungry the hotel can provide you a taxi in case you need to go somewhere because there are no public transportation near the hotel the hotel is very clean and provide water

Don't expect anything particularly majestic about the view! However if you want/need to stop in the area it was a quite satisfactory hotel. Not much to do if you don't have a car.

Very quite and big room has ground floor room so could sit outside in morning have very very good breakfast brought out to us and read book good location for us to visit friends who live near by staff try very hard to look after there guest very good place will stay there again

Just fine for what we needed ”
Really sweet staff — but they're often not around. Don't bother with the weird pastry breakfast. Great som tam and Isan food there on the corner. The place is clean and friendly — and if you need to stay near the Thai Wake Park, this might be your best option. It's miles from anything!!! If you do stay here, by all means go to the Wake Park. :)

A Bit Overpriced, Otherwise Good Choice”
I stayed here one night. Parking was sparse and no security guard but did have a light (semi-safe). Hard to find front door. Easy check-in and check-out. "Wet bathroom" (Google it) and thus mold/mildew in some areas. Location is excellent as it's right off the main road.

Location is far. It's hard even to get to Future Park by public transport. Staff doesn't speak English. Nothing to do around, there is even no 7-eleven close by. I wanted to check out earlier but the staff didn't want to give me money back for an early leave.
