I stayed here 2 times and have to say Khun the Manager is one of the nicest people I’ve ever met in this line of work Her passion to serve you is 100.!’ She goes over and above her work Just got to say nothing too much trouble She assisted and booking my airport transfers and were the lowest prices ever Abd kept me informed about availability whilst I was traveling in another country On return organised transfers again for me Her Hotel is very clean very modern and a new build It’s more 10 star than 5 star you need to book it to appreciate the way you should be treated it’s better than being at home And I would Reccomend this Hotel above all others I’ve stayed in in this area I’m moving out on the 27th And hopefully I’ll be able to right a review just like this We will see Khun no 1 staff and her cleaning staff are also very polite maybe location is opposite the beach so almost paradise Enjoy I did and look forward to staying again Louis

BEAUTIFUL hotel. The staff was so helpful. The location is great. You can take a taxi to Pattaya City really easily, as well as to the ferry to get to the islands. The beach out front is very nice as well. There are plenty of places to eat and drink that you can walk to. This is a pretty family friendly area as well. We had a wonderful time!

I love it here in the centre of Jomtien close to beach good bars and food every other metre quiet enough and a real nice atmosphere at Marleewan Khun the manager and her staff Trst you like family They get your taxi organised and I left my case there when I had a 10 day trip to Cambodia All I can say is vip treatment 5 star value at a good reasonable price I’ll be going back today Louis Nottingham Uk

The woman reciption was very kind and helpful. 2 minutes walk to the beach, the reastaurant next to the hotel was very clean, cheap and tasty. Seven-eleven just at the conner.

Cons. View from balcony was not pleasant - on other part of building which was, I think, under construction. The balcony's floor and handlers were under dust. The table on the balcony was not cleaned after room supposed to be cleaned. Ants were all over the room. Cleaning staff don't speak English at all. Pros: The front desk people were very polite and helpful. The room contained pretty big fridge, kettle with coffee/tea packs complementaries. Downstairs were microwave, coffee/tea maker, with tea/coffee packs, water in addition to 2 bottles of water replenished every day of staying. The hotel is very close to the beach, night market. Overall I think this hotel is valuable for staying in.

Nice place for comfortable stay, but in an obscure place”
This place is, by itself, nice all around. Clean, comfortable, helpful and friendly staff with short walk to the beach and public transportation. However, the "shortwalk" appear to be very dark at night, surrounded by abandoned building. So, recommend a Grab, Taxi or charter the baht bus instead of traveling on foot
