Shower water is cold ”
Hot water in the shower is central and it was not hot at all. Big problem in early morning hours as it feels real cold.. I told to reception and they had no idea

I am not sure if hotel is saving money but on the third floor my shower had only Luke-warm water. It was almost cold around 3 am. Not good..

Enjoyable Stay”
This is a really nice hotel. My girlfriend and I had a really enjoyable stay here. Although they speak limited English, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and always tried their best to assist whenever we had questions. Thankfully I speak a little bit of Thai which helped with communication. The room was big and had sufficient facilities. The laundry service was affordable and timely too. The view from the balcony was nice and full of greenery. The hotel restaurant served good food and coffee at an affordable price. There was hot shower which was great since it was raining most of the time I was there. Surin is a wonderful place and our stay at Maneerote Hotel was a memorable one for my girlfriend and me. Will definitely consider staying here again.

Stayed here for the Buriram Moto GP, very easy journey to the course, about 40 minutes door to door, excellent value, great coffee shop and good location, staff were excellent, very polite and helpful. Be careful when you search for Google Maps for Directions, do not put Maneerote Hotel Surin in the search query, that will take you to a field in the middle of nowhere, use the phrase Hotel Mannrote, and that will take you to the correct location!

The Manager (Ms Nong) is very helping and can assist and provide guides to all the travel needs. I was in Surin for Elephant Roundup 2018 and the hotel can arrange tickets and tranport to Si Narong stadium. Ms Nong can good English and Chinese too. Good 3 nigts stay in Surin.

I like this hotel, and will use it again if I return to Surin in the future. I spent one night here on this occasion. The hotel is clean, but showing signs of heavy wear. It's in a good location away from the busy streets and has ample parking. The rooms are a good size and the bed very comfortable. The bed linen and towels are clean but a little bit gray. The shower and AC worked well. There is good wifi on every floor. There is a small restaurant, but no bar. I had to serve myself from a chill cabinet and request a glass. The restaurant has a good selection of food, and service was fast and efficient. Room Tip: The rooms on the upper floors have the best view, but the land is very flat, so not much to see.

I loved this hotel, especially considering the price: The room had glazed granite tile floors, a comfortable (not too hard, not too soft) bed, a desk to work at, a very good shower, a balcony, and solid wifi. The restaurant/coffee shop on premises (with room service) is reasonably priced and convenient, and there is same day laundry if you get it in by 10 AM. The Lonely Planet book calls this hotel "a little out of the way." Well, it's pretty close to the market but a longer walk to the bus station, though easy enough to get back and forth via tuk-tuk (60 baht) or motorbike taxi (40 baht), so I don't have much complaint about that. Staff were helpful and knowledgeable, with enough English if you need it. If I had a single complaint, it's that I would have liked a chair with a back, instead of the hassock-type seat provided, for working at my laptop on the desk. I would go back to this hotel with no hesitation whatever.

we went to surin for the elephant round-up, so the hotel was nearly fully-booked. the staff were always eager to help, unfortunately only one person really spoke english, although another young man spoke a little, however, both are way beyond my level of thailandais! clean, reasonable rooms & comfortable. i really enjoyed my stay there.

The hotel is located just outside the city center, in a quiet area, but a 7/11 is around the corner and food market just 10 minutes walk. Rooms are spacious, very clean, balcony, good bed, simple tv, free wifi, what do you need more? Bath room clean and okay. Coffee shop/restaurant serves good coffee, simple breakfast and good Thai meals. Prices are very reasonable. I hired two rooms for my family and paid about 400 baht for each per night, which is very cheap for such a decent accommodation.

I can easily walk from the bus or railway station, abt 1.5 km. Furnitures old but still function well, A/C is pretty weak. Each time I stay here lots of cigarette smoke rush into my room from the central ventilation in the bathroom. I say little over average and one of the good inexpensive hotels in Surin

The hotel is located almost in the center, close to the 226 highway, but the noise from the road can not be heard. Those who came to the annual festival of elephants - 5 minutes to go to the stadium elephants. I like that the shortest way to the house of my wife on the road. At night there is no noise. Cleanliness and condition ComNet and the hotel is good, there is air con and hot water is a good feed.
