Value for money and excellent hise”
The hotel is located at strategic place with other luxury hotel and plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The main entrance of the hotel is at the side of the small lane. It has a pool right in front of your room. Recommended to book at least a Superior room if you want this luxury. The person in-charge Khun Fon was excellent and courteous, always with a smile. We booked three rooms without breakfast for two nights stay but was : sjust zzinvited for breakfast on the day of our departure at the hotel small restaurant. It is a homely type of hotel with cosy surroundings. Definitely will come back again to this hotel.

Great location just outside chaweng beach(10-15mins walk) facilities were great and the owners couldnt of been more helpful with my departure dropping me to the ferry port and organising my ferry tickets! Highly recommended!

Happy to recommend as a Thai level hotel. The lodging provided 2 bedrooms, kitchenette, bath. Very comfortable for us with breakfast provided in the mornings. We had our car for transport around Koh Samui.

Swimming pool is not as clean as it looks in photos- it needs cleaning or some sort of filter. Seating area round the pool- was not enough chairs. Room was lovely and clean- no kettle, no microwave.

Staff is helpful but the Russian owners very unfriendly and arrogant. Even location is near the beach - keep in mind you will need to access the beach through other hotels which are at the beach. So you better off to book directly a hotel with beach access

Dilapidated property with unwelcoming staff”
Pictures are old and were taken when the property was new. Current situation is different, staff is unfriendly, unhelpful. Location is not good, and the staff does not even clean the rooms properly. Beds were never made throughout our stay of 4 days! Bathrooms are small, dimly lit - would never go back! Horrible stay, totally unlike any other Thai hotel experience.

Just lovely! ”
We did know that the hotel was "offside" and that was just perfect for us. It is a bit "bungalow-feeling" over it. Just Wake up and jump in the saltwaterpool if you feel like it. No transparency from the street or disturbing noise from other hotels. The staff was fast to help with Everything we wanted. They also have motorbike for rent, and you shuld have one if you like to go around Koh Samhui - Really easy to drive on that island. There is also "busses" that go just outside the hotel that will take you downtown Chaweng and to Lamai for a low price. The restaurant down the street was really good with friendly staff as well. Meewaya Massage (just by the pharmacy) on the other side of the street was divine! There is no easy way to get to the beach because there is hotels everywhere. NOT like on Phuket. Lack of public sunbeds on the beachs because most is owned by the hotels for there gueste. If you want to go out party take a taxi back to the hotel because there is some spots down the street that is bad lit. (And if you ever been to Thailand you know your potholes) ;)

very nice hotel in the quiet part of chaweng about 15 minute walk to the bars and pubs and a nice walk on the beach which is about 5 minute walk from this hotel just across the road the hotel has motorbike to rent which is a great way of travelling around samui the hotel has a great swimming pool which is the focal point of this hotel i very like it the hotel has a relaxin feel to it i stay here again if i was back in samui

Spacious, apartment style rooms”
Very nice hotel, relatively good value for money. We stayed in a room by the pool which was really spacious, like a mini apartment with separate living area, with kitchen style sink and fridge, bathroom and a separate bedroom. Staff were very friendly on check in and check out, rooms were clean and comfortable. Hotel is generally well presented and hidden away from Chaweng Beach Road. Location isn't perfect if you don't have your own transport, its about a 2 km to the main area of Chaweng road, beach and bars/restaurants. We walked it and it took about 25mins, so not too bad if you don't mind a stroll. Taxis are obviously quite expensive in Samui so it'll probably cost 200THB to get a taxi into town. Overall I would recommend to couples or families, the pool is also nice. Not sure if there was a restaurant but we never tried it.

Great location but hotel is dated”
Pros: Location is great, easily accessible to Chaweng Beach and only 2 minutes walk to rent a motorbike. There's a nice restaurant with very good food right outside the hotel with reasonably cheap price. You can easily get a cab or tuk-tuk just outside the main road of the hotel. Hotel room is clean and huge, recommended for stay if you're looking for a budget hotel and traveling with family. Cons: Was quite disappointed when I arrived at the hotel because it's definitely not the same as shown in pictures. Hotel looks quite dated and small as a whole. Overall, a good stay because location is great.

Lovely hotel, really helpful staff”
We stayed here for 2 nights and were really impressed. The hotel is quite small but perfect for us, there was just us in and around the swimming pool and just a short walk from the main nightlife. The only downside was that no taxi drivers knew where it was as it was a new hotel but I'm sure this will change soon. The staff were more than helpful. We had a problem with our ferry tickets from a travel agency we booked with Bangkok and the staff called the travel agent & ferry company to resolve for us. Very impressed. Would definitely stay here again when we visit Koh Samui again.

The staff were always ready to help with any queries. The room was very spacious & clean but needs updating.Pool area very tidy. Breakfast was a set menu But with a good 3 choices.Scooter hire from the hotel was not a problem & very cheap.overall very good value for money for Koh Samui.

Amazing, friendly staff. They even rearranged all the patio furniture for me when I arrived. Planned to stay one night - stayed for a week. Small, intimate resort. Far enough from the noise of Chaweng but close enough to get around to everything. Rent a bike from reception - well maintained bikes for good price. Had a little kitty that visited me every night.
