The hotel was great, wished I was able to stay longer. The staff was friendly and nice. It’s a quiet place to relax. The buffet is a great choice for dinner and breakfast. My partner and I were impressed with the food. There isn’t much restaurants near this hotel but the taxi is convenient since hotel staff will call one for you. I would recommend to family and friends.

Love this place. Our second visit and I appreciate all the more this time. we like this end of the Island, quitter more secluded. The beach is good. The food great and the staff are all seem so nice! The small out door work out station facing the water was appreciated very much. When we return to this island, this is again where we will stay!

Beautiful property, OK location ”
When you think of being on an island in Thailand, the Mercury has found a good combination of staying true to an island vibe while providing a modern feel. Book with breakfast included because it has VERY good options. If you don't include it with your room, it is extremely expensive. Onsite restaurant for lunch and dinner is extremely expensive for eating and drinking. Booked the superior room with garden view, absolutely loved it. Room was spacious, clean, bed was comfortable and bathroom was clean and large. Drive from ferry is about 40 minutes and taxi drivers take advantage of this hotels remote location. Hotel is about 6 km away from nearest town with bars, convenient stores and restaurants and taxis charge double the normal rate because they know it’s not worth walking. This isn’t the hotels fault, but it is something to think about. I would definitely recommend this hotel for families. Beach is not natural, but man-made so very rocky.

We stayed in the Pool Villa. The room was nice and clean. My kids loved the pool. The staffs were very polite and helpful. The only thing for us was the hotel location. Driving up and down for 40 minutes from the pier was quite something.

Hotelli on on rauhallinen ja hienolla erittäin rauhallisella rannalla. Standard-luokan huoneissa ei kaikissa ole ikkunoita. Henkilökunta on erittäin ystävällistä. Hintatasoltaan hotellin ravintolapalvelut ovat suhteessa lähialueen palveluihin hieman arvokkaita. Muuten suosittelisin hotellia ehdottomasti, mutta saavuttuamme perheemme sai vatsataudin, joka vei matkastamme liki viikon. Tätä ennen olimme olleet useassa eri hotellissa Thaimaassa saman matkan aikana. Usea muukin matkalainen, jonka kanssa keskustelimme koki saman. Jos tätä ei olisi tapahtunut suosittelisin hotellia ehdottomasti.

Very unfriendly Check-In”
As a Business Traveler with over 200 Hotel nights a (normal) year, I think that I know how a normal check-In should be done as I write the first time such a critic.. We been nice dressed and friendly and well prepared with the usual prepaid Agoda booking, except that I took the wrong credit card first for their requested deposit. We been handled as the lowest priced Chinese tour group members! I tried to tell the Trainee (on a real friendly way) that we are used to better friendliness, but the Lady Manager interfered with the same rude attitude. Check-out was done with a male Trainee, perfect/great and 5 star rating in all critics. I told the 2 Ladies from the check-in time: See, that what customers expect, friendly and efficient! The Lady's faces told everything. A shame that only 2 persons bring the whole rating of this place down! All staff from Parking to Housekeeping do their best to make customers happy! Small issues been handled perfect to our happiness. Especially the Restaurant Manager did a fantastic Job at Breakfast and Dinner times, a person to recommend for a 5 Star Hotel or fine dining restaurant!

Top Flight Resort”
We stayed at Mecure in the low season. It was wonderfully maintained and we had a great time. Our room was on the pool with a balcony into the pool. The tile gets a little slick so be caution.

Meillä oli hotellin halvin huone, todella siisti, mutta ikkuna oli sumennettu, emmekä siis nähneet ulos tai saaneet juurilaan päivänvaloa. Huoneessa oli tosi hyvä vedenpaine, mikä on harvinaista. Sängyt oli kyllä tarpeettoman kovat. Hotellin ympäristö tosi siisti ja siitä pidettiin huolta hyvin, henkilökunta myös tosi ystävällistä. Kaikki ylimääräinen kallista, esimerkiksi juomat ja ruoat, sekä huoneen minibaari, eikä näin ollen käytetty näitä hotellin palveluja, vaan käveltiin lyhyt matka pieniin ravintoloihin tien varrella.
