Comfortable and great value for money”
The rooms are very big. Everything was in working order. The air conditioning worked very well. They owner is one of the friendliest and most helpful people I have met. I would strongly recommend staying here if you have your own transportation. (They also rent scooters at a reasonable price and hassle free) The hotel is very close to the airport but the noise is far less bothersome than one would imagine and at night times there are no flights. By far the most comfortable place I have stayed in and for far cheaper than comparable places. If you want a hotel with a view do not stay here. If you want a comfortable place look no further. Will stay here again.

average hotel but good value”
originally booked three nights at MM house hotel but ended up satying four instead.Hotel is very hard to find, took about 2 hours of driving around to find it.Locals didnt even know where it was.Once arriving, the staff quite relaxed but friendley.Room looked exactly like the picture on website.Good aircon and very hot shower which was nice.Not too far away from the nightlife in Chaweng, about a five minute drive away.Description of hotel on website described gardens....not sure what thay meant, as no gardens.Good enough for the money though and okay if just staying a few nights.

Hotel was on the outskirts of Chaweng close to the airport, the noise from the airport was fairly bad but only for a short period and did not affect sleeping staff members were very friendly and helpful, motor bikes were available for rent and were needed to get about

Great place for a stop next to airport ”
Booked it as we needed a place next to airport to leave our bags for few hours while celebrating new years’s eve somewhere else. Had a really early morning flight to catch and wanted to make sure we didn’t miss it. It was a great surprise: nice room, comfy bed and clean toilet. Actually, the room had a fridge and was big so could be a very good cheap accommodation if that’s the trip purpose. Staff incredibly friendly. Woke us up at 5:45am and took us to airport with their tuk tuk (5 min). Highly recommended for a stop by.

Incredibly Friendly Staff”
My wife and I stayed in this hotel to ride out tropical storm Pabuk, and to be close to the airport so we could fly out as soon as they re-opened it. Considering the extenuating circumstances with the storm, the staff was very helpful, friendly and accommodating. The proximity to the airport is great, but there isn't much else around the hotel. Overall, we had a comfortable time waiting out the storm in this hotel.

its the first time ive been to thailand, and stayed at mm for just a night while waiting for the resort the next day, its a great experience even though its a budget hotel & the service is good. thailand have alot of friendly people & its convenient, near to the airport & food nearby was great.

Lovely one night stay before flight ”
The rooms are lovely and very comfortable. Very reasonable considering proximity to the airport. The lovely staff made us a homemade pad Thai and delivered it to our room which was so yummy and they drove us to the airport for free at 6am. Such a lovely end to our trip.

Hotel is quite far out near the airport”
the hotel room was okay, but a bit grotty in the toilets. Although still fine. The TV only has Thai shows but that doesn't matter if you don't want to watch it anyway. The rooms look simillar to the pictures but not as refined. The hotel is quite far away from everything, although if you hire a bike it's only a 5-10min drive from Chaweng which suited us.

Great value for the price”
The bathroom was rough, but overall needs were met. Comfortable enough. VERY affordable. The thing that stood out the most and reason I would stay there again was that the staff were some of the most friendly, accommodating people I have ever met. Also, their Pad Thai, made right out front of the building, was the best I've ever had!

Ideal for stepping off the plane”
The hotel is ideal for a stop over if you have a flight the next day, other than that, its a bit isolated from any bars, restaurants etc etc, but the rooms are fine and the staff were really helpful.

The facility is quite old and very basic, but it's a great choice for people leaving by that place early morning and with to avoid absurdly high transportation cost in Ko Samui.

OVERNIGHTER”
If your looking for a no fuss location and cheap facilities, this would be fine. Used it as a close to the airport overnight stay for a quite sleep. That's what I would recommend it for.

Closest to USM, distance walk to beach, free ride transfer”
The staffs here are very helpful , direct booking with the hotel you will get special rate. Furniture is old but ok function. Walk to and from airport is possible for small luggage or backpack.

Perfect for an early flight”
Right next to the airport so perfect if you have an early flight. Its quite a noisy area with flights (so not good if you want a daytime nap), dogs barking late at night and traffic. But it was fine for what i needed.
