This vacation home is a two story 5 bedroom private pool villa that sleeps 15 guests. It is tucked away in a safe gated residential estate. This Villa is great value for a large group of friends and/or family with a private pool that accommodate all the guests at once. The pool is a must have when visiting Thailand as there is no better way to relax in the tropical climate than in one. The Villa has a large garden great for sunbathing or having a kick around with the kids, it also features a pool shower. If it gets too hot there is a patio seating area by the pool.

Through sliding door access next to the pool, you will find the living room with large comfortable sofa seating and a flat screen TV. A wooden dining table with chairs is next to the living room. The western kitchen features a stove, microwave, rice cooker, electric kettle, toaster, sink, fridge and freezer. Off the kitchen is access to the washing machine at the back of the house. The ground floor features a full bathroom with shower toilet and sink.

The ground floor bedroom has 2 King sized beds, air conditioning and a ceiling fan. The second floor accessible by stairs has 4 bedrooms. The master bedroom has King sized bed and single bed with ensuite shower and toilet. It comes with a large balcony with views of the pool and garden. The second bedroom has 2 king sized beds. The other 2 bedrooms features a single king sized bed in each room with access to a small balcony. All bedrooms have air-conditioning. On the second floor is a full bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.

Free WiFi and daily maid service is inclusive in the price. If you would like any additional services such as meals, tours or transport we can help arrange them at extra cost.

If you are looking for places to eat out there are both Asian and International restaurants nearby located along the main road. Jomtien beach is located just 850m away and is home to many beach bars and restaurants.

ビーチまで遠く、野犬だらけ、スタッフは不愛想。”

ビーチまで15分くらいかかります。まわり半径500Ｍ以内には何も（屋台も）ありません。昼夜問わず野犬が多く、歩くのが怖いです。スタッフは初日は不愛想でしたが、最終日何故だか笑顔を見せました。（唯一の救い！）

บ้านที่พักอยู่ในหมู่บ้านเอกมงคล 2 ห่างจากหาดจอมเทียนประมาณ 1 กม. เข้าพักทังหมด 15 คน ตามโควต้าที่ให้ 4ห้องนอนใหญ่ ภายในห้องนอนมี 2 เตียงใหญ่ ห้องน้้ำ 3ห้องใหญ่มาก ห้องครัวใหญ่ อุปกรณ์ทำครัวครบ สระว่ายน้ำใหญ่ มีที่นั่งสำหรับจากุชชี่ด้วย ทุกคนในครอบครัวติดใจ โอกาสหน้าคงได้ไปใช้ยริการอีกคะ

บ้านพักตั้งอยู่อยู่ในหมู่บ้านเอกมงคล (ชัยพฤกษ์ 4) เข้าไปลึกหน่อย ไปตาม GPS แต่หาไม่ยาก มี 5 ห้องนอน 3 ห้องน้ำ ทุกห้องนอนเใช้เตียง King size (ห้องละ 2 เตียง--OK มาก) นอนสบายมากๆ แอร์เย็นสบายทุกห้อง เหมือนอยู่บ้านของตัวเอง มีห้องครัว และอุปกรณ์เครื่องครัว เครื่องใช้ที่ครบครัน ทันสมัย มีเตาปิ้งย่าง ริมสระน้ำ สระว่ายน้ำ สะอาด ขนาดพอเหมาะกับกลุ่มเพื่อนๆ และครอบครัวที่มีลูกๆ ไปพัก รองรับได้ถึง 15 คน เจ้าของ/ผู้ดูแล น่ารักมาก มีค่าไฟฟ้าที่ต้องจ่ายเพิ่มบ้าง เพราะขอ late check-out ถึง 13.00 น.(limited ไฟฟ้า 100 หน่วย/วัน) ถ้าเทียบกับราคาที่จ่ายไป ถือว่าคุ้มค่ามาก แนะนำให้ไปพัก ไม่ผิดหวัง -- สถานที่จริง สวย และใหม่กว่าภาพที่แสดงใน web นะคะ แนะนำให้นำอาหารไปทำทานเองสะดวกมากค่ะ
