Very Relaxing And Affordable..The property is a 26 square meter,Enjoy and relax the view of the swimming pool.easy access in going up and down since the unit is located on the 4th floor of the building,The swimming pool,restaurants,7-11,coffeeshop is on the 3rd floor elevator traffic is not a problem.Kids age 1-12 years old are free of charge.

Great location with caveats ”
The property is just 5-10 minute walk to Tagaytay Rotunda and is accessible to buses going to and from Manila and Nasugbu. There was a problem with check in since they claimed my booking is under a different name but it was resolved by Agoda. Pros 1. With hot shower, refrigerator and microwave. 2. Perfect location. 3. There's access to the view deck with great view of Taal Volcano. Cons 1. Wifi is unreliable and globe signal is weak. 2. There's no blackout curtain so sleeping can be difficult. The noise at the nearby pool and the vehicles are distracting. 3. Bed is a bit uncomfy. 4. There's only 1 small trashcan and it's not enough. Overall, okay stay.

Great venue. Very near tagaytay rotonda and accessible to public transportation. Towels were provided but no toletries were available. Fortunately, there's a convenience store nearby for soap, shampoo, toilet paper, etc. Also prone to ant infestation, so it's best to keep all opened food in the fridge. Internet and airconditioning worked perfectly during my stay. Overall, it's still a good place to stay for travellers who value convenience and proximity, but not adviseable for the picky guests.

We booked the place a day before our stay. The staff was responsive and helpful. It's good that we got a reserved parking even though we had to pay per night. The place looks neat though they need to have trash bin not just in the toilet but in the kitchen/living room as well. It was hard to sleep in the morning because the curtain is not blackout so it doesn't prevent the sunlight getting in. Overall, I would still recommend it given the price/deal we got from Agoda.

The place in fine but needs a little improvement on facilities... lack of garbage bin they have only 1 small bin at the CR but in kitchenet theres none... kettle, microwave and refrigerator is ok. The unit is clean anyways. And the the caretaker is also nice.

This place is over rated. The promoting photographs posted here are old and do not indicate the current condition. The entire place is very cramped. The living area has furniture that is extremely uncomfortable and worn out. The 2 coffee cups had broken handles, the 1 and only glass was chipped. The toilet is so tiny that even a child using the commode has to sit sideways to use it since it is positioned quite close to the side wall. The faucet affixed to the washbasin is loose - it needs to be fixed. The mattress on the bed is long overdue replacement. Be advised that this studio is located immediately over the swimming pool and the excitement at the pool carries over to the sudio very clearly. Expect to have this disturbance from 8am to 8pm. I personally will not use this place again.
