Great location walking distance to walking street, food & 7-11 at every corner. Staff is friendly, hotel is clean, bed’s comfortable. They keep your luggage free if needed. Great value for the price.

I stayed here 4 nights. Room was good, very clean. Very comfortable bed. Good shower. Good wifi throughout all hotel. Good breakfast Staff are lovely. Is great value hotel. In quiet area but only short walk to soi bhuakao. Not far from walking street. I'd recommend it to all . I got a really good deal on agoda.

First of all, this hotel has been take over by Kokotel. They have redesigned the entire process and amenities and gave a new look. Rooms are awesome, staff is also very helpful. I would definitely recommend that property.

A very nice clean hotel with decent facilities. A great location 5 minutes walk to bars and restaurants and a decent complimentary breakfast have stayed twice now and would definitely recommend. Staff are pleasant and helpful.

The hotel is newly renovated, location is quite convenient. Close to the beach and the walking street. The swimming pool is quite small, but nice Good value for money👍🏼

Neta Hotel- Good Place!”
It should be noted that Neta is the old name for this place, the new name is Kokotel. Comfortable good size rooms, and clean. Rooms have balconies, refrigerators, kettles, and safety boxes. One thing that could have been better is picture quality on some of the cable channels, although some channels did come in clear. Hotel offers water at dispensers on each floor - saving the waste of countless plastic bottles and setting a great example for other hotels to follow. Set in a central, but very quiet area.

Renamed from Neta resort. Fully refurbished the staff were pleasant and helpful. The hotel was spotless, location is good for the bar area the breakfast was good as was the service. Will definitely stay again

Nice Clean hotel. Big rooms, Big and comfortable bed. Nice and tasty European and Thai Breakfast spread, no Indian food. OK size and clean pool. No room Service, there is no phone in the room to call up the reception. Nice Staff. Toiletries could be better.

Good location right in the centre. Staff friendly. Large rooms, only one switch for the main light, TV reception terrible, can hardly see it, a kettle in the room with cups but no tea, coffee makings, complained to reception, they didn't understand what the problem was because they have a coffee shop in the lobby?? So why provide a kettle? Even though in the facilities it's says tea coffee makings.. Fridge was old and stained though they did offer to change the whole fridge. Air conditioning wouldn't turn off with the remote or do anything. Minor points but should be rectified before guests move in. Hopefully they will finish the roadworks outside because the dust is everywhere in front of the hotel. A good quiet tucked away hotel with a good location

Get what you pay for ”
The 'resort' looks modern from the outside but the room was dated particularly the bathroom. Also only 3 clothes hangars and no drawers. The room cost was reasonable so you get what you pay for. Personally I rasher pay a little more for a better room.

Cheated with breakfast. Paid, breakfast, the hotel did not provide it. They offered to pay again. Staff does not understand English.
