Perfect place for a family stay & ensured pax delight with the hotel's quick checkin as well as checkout, clean and spacious rooms with good linen. Steam bath, pool, gym and lobby are amazing. Wash room with tub & effective faucets. 24x7 hot water & good WIFI. Sharing two points as I felt that need to improve. 1. Breakfast buffet 145 AED is little expensive comparing with surrounding hotels & food spread they are offering. If they can reduce, more people can opt. I heard at lift that even 8th floor Europing guests also expressing their concern. 2. Toiletries is real concern. a. For shower gel & shampoo, they loaded one aqous solution only, b. Except soap solution no other toiletries available. When asked room service, they said of accruing additional cost. Atheist shaving kit, dental kits, ear buds , head cap etc cam provide by default to room stayers. We love thus place and will be a definite next time destination to opt!
