"The hotel was good and in an excellent location. However it was very disappointing and shocking when the guy at the reception confronted us when we gave our review to the front desk stating the toilet and room was not cleaned and the towel was not changed after making the room. As a matter of fact he called the room boy in front of us started an investigation there it self which was very embarrassing and shocking. Even though it was advertised as WIFI available, it was not even connecting."
