Exceptional”
We enjoyed our 3 night stay at the Oldtown Boutique House. We were pleasantly greeted upon arrival and given maps with directions and prices of Wats and restaurants. The room is new and very clean. It includes coffee making equipment plus there is a small breakfast with toast/jam/fruit/coffee/tea every morning. Wifi worked well, and shower was hot. Also very quiet at night. Easy to walk around Old Town. We would highly recommend this Guesthouse.

As for my own mistake, when I arrived at Skothai, I couldn’t withdraw any cash through ATM. I was so embarrassed with it, but the owner with this hostel made me relieved a lot and cared me so much. She guided how to stay in Schothai, then I was so comfortable. I highly recommend here for all generation.

The Best!”
This little boutique hotel is the best - super clean, quaint and amply supplied. The hotel next to the most important landmarks I came to see in Sukhothai, and the owners are warm and considerate, greeting me with a map of the area with highlighted features, and information on the happenings. Huge difference between being hosted by the owner themselves vs hired staff.

Great location near main sight seeing locations, walking distance to all necessities. Clean, friendly, laundry service was good, ordered American breakfast for small additional fee on a couple days, but free breakfast provided will do.

Owner greet me right at the door with a map of the historical park with highlights of interest. I feel like a tailored make 24hrs trip all scheduled. From arranging kut kut for my sun rise trip all the way to pre-arranged transport to airport. This have really saved me lots of time from searching for information. Strongly recommended, would be back to stay again if I return to Sukhothai.

The Oldtown Boutique House is perfect place to stay in Sukhothai: it's superb cleanliness, the exquisite friendliness of the staff, possibility of massage (great!), the closeness to the central Wat park, make this accommodation the right choice!

Comfortable boutique guesthouse located in city heart”
Located just by the historical park, only 5 mins' walk, room is clean and big, feel comfortable just like home, free coffee and tea, free banana, free diy toast, even 2 free mama instant noodles in room, 4 parking lots is sufficient because it seems they only have 3 rooms. the Buddhism topic black and white drawings on the wall is well designed and show guest with the city characteristics. The hostess is very willing to help, tells you the famous wats and even when and where to see the sun set and sun rise. it will be my only accommodation option in Sukhothai and deserves my tips.

Excellent house in perfect location ”
This House with 3 gorgeous rooms, opened end of 2015 is just Great! Very very clean, nice hosts, a/c and fridge in the room, free bread, coffee etc the whole day. Perfect located in Old-Sukhothai is it a good base to explore the historical sites and come home for a break when needed. Very good english speaking host who gives all the Information you need! They also offer Massage.

Best location in Old Town!”
This is the BEST place you can possibly stay in Old Town Sukhothaya! The Boutique is located in a very quiet and beautiful street just a few steps away from historical park and the main road. It is fit for those who want to relax, get the best location near by the greatest attractions. At out arrival late in the evening, the lovely couple helped us to settle and immediately gave a map with the most important infos about the city (laundry, bus station, attraction,bike rent etc). Lovely couple, lovely place! No breakfast but bread, butter and delicious fruits are always available for free! Def would come back :)

Lovely accommodation and host”
The room was lovely with an en-suite shower, a fridge and bottled water every day. There was always tea, coffee, bread and fruit available. The lady who runs it is wonderful and even cooked me a full breakfast every morning which was definitely an unexpected bonus. The position is very close to the historical park and definitely the place to stay in Sukhothai.

Nothing fancy, nothing flash just a well appointed comfortable, clean, modern room just 5 minutes walk from the central historical park for a great price. Lovely lady to look after you who speaks good English if needed and can arrange taxis or other transport if required.

Great stay in Sukhothai”
We stayed for 2 nights at this small and personal hotel and it was a great pleasure for us. The room was new, very cosy, everything was perfectly clean and the owners were very very nice. It's the perfect place to explore old sukhothai. It'very quiet there but the bike rental station, the market and shops are not far away.And during our stay we enjoyed a great thai massage at the hotel! The whole day there are fruits, toast, tea and coffee for free and the kind owner even helped us to cut our coconut. We would definitively recommend this great hotel. Thank you for everything!
