Not as professional as expected from Olive”
Hotel specs meet olive standards. White linen, white towels, Jaguar fittings, big screen TV, etc. But maintenance, cleanliness is done by unprofessional team. Washrooms are a little smelly, towels are too old, tap faucets are jammed, have hard water stains, and so on… Housekeeping, maintenance and operations teams need to be given a lot of training to live up to Olive’s (Embassy’s) reputation. Everything else was ok. Quick check in and check out experience. Bus stop near by. Economical South Indian restaurant downstairs.

The rooms supervisory ataff was rude and they don’t like customers giving calls to reception for reminding the work which they are supposed to do! The supervisor Pradyuth don’t even know how to operate AC and when we complained that AC is not giving coolness he said we didn’t ON the AC where the AC was kept on for multiple hours and he don’t even know what is AC ON/OFF and how it functions! He don’t even care to respond to customer and goes off his way without even giving proper response and respect! I request hotel manager to replace such staff to make hotel stay comfortable with having accountable staff!

Stayed one night. Room is clean and bed is comfy. A huge restaurant in ground floor. Easy to get transportation. Near Phoenix Mall of Asia.
