I recently stayed at this hotel and found the location to be great! just a 10 minute walk to the beach along the Corniche and with a convenient supermarket nearby. One standout feature is the free valet parking, which makes it easy for guests who drive and don’t want to deal with finding a parking for non-residents. We booked a standard room and were pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness compared to other standard rooms in other hotel competitors. The bathroom was impressive, offering both a bath and a shower with plenty of space. Even added essential necessities. Additionally, the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, which was a major plus!! However, there were a few areas where the hotel could improve. First, the air conditioning was an issue. When we called the reception for help, a maintenance staff member came and merely adjusted the AC wings, which didn’t resolve the cooling problem. This might be a minor issue for some but given how hot and humid Abu Dhabi summers are, having properly functioning AC is crucial for guest comfort, especially in a 4-star hotel. Another point of concern was the TV. The colors appeared off, with a bothersome cool tone that made watching shows less enjoyable, especially when you’re familiar with the correct color schemes. This might seem like a small detail but it can impact the viewing experience. Lastly, there was a frustrating experience with the reception’s responsiveness. Around 11-11:30 PM, I called the reception multiple times through both the hotel landline and my personal phone but no one picked up. When I went downstairs, I saw two employees chatting at the front desk. While I understand it was late and the hotel was likely quieter, I couldn’t help but think about how this lack of responsiveness could be a serious issue if there were an emergency. Whether it’s a matter of updating the landline system or ensuring reception staff are more attentive, this is something that needs to be addressed. Overall, despite these concerns, the hotel has a lot of positives and potential. The location and room quality are fantastic but a few maintenance and service improvements would make the experience much better.

Oryx hotel is close to Abu Dhabi Corniche and offers a very good breakfast. Surprisingly the area is not so clean as Abu Dhabi usually is but that's not about hotel's fault. We booked a triple deluxe room and after we checked-in we noticed that the room we've got is a twin. They put an extra bed in and probably we can say that is the same thing but the first impression was not great. The room was clean but not perfectly clean and it seems that needs some improvements. The staff helped us with free baggage storage after check-out and that was a very nice thing.

I booked a two-night stay with my family for a vacation to enjoy Yas Island's three theme parks. The hotel is about 30 minutes from Yas Island, with less traffic after 10 AM and 10 PM. The staff, especially Mr. Fakhir, were exceptional—he upgraded our room to a suite at no extra cost, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The spacious room had great amenities, including Wi-Fi, two TVs (with YouTube, Netflix, and Amazon Prime), a well-equipped bathroom, a living hall with a sofa, a guest toilet, and a kitchen with a fridge and a microwave. You can bring your food as well as order Talabat. My only minor suggestion is to include a muslim shower in the main bathroom, as it currently has a bidet. My kids (aged 12 and 10) loved the hotel. The location is ideal, with a play area downstairs, a carrefour market, a pharmacy, restaurants, and cafés nearby. The beach is also just a 5-minute walk away. I highly recommend this hotel for travelers, couples, and business people who want the convenience of getting their business done during the daytime and later in the evening, enjoying local food, and having a peaceful night’s sleep.

I had a wonderful stay in King suite in Oryx Hotel for kne night. I selected the hotel due to its oseness to ADNOC CENTER, starting point for the marathon. Location wise it was very convenient to walk down to that point. Oryx scores high in providing value for money, cleanliness, staff behaviour, amazing food/ room service. I asked for a late checkout of 2 hrs which was accepted as well. Overall a great stay. Only point to mention is the nonavailability of hotel owned parking space / complimentary valet parking. Adding that to their services will help a lot.
