Clean and Beautiful rooms”
The room and the facility was very clean. They were cleaning the room every day and we got fresh towels every day. There was enough spaces for the luggage. Unfortunately breakfast was not included. It is not directly at the beach but it is just a few minutes to walk. So this is no Problem. In total we could recommend paddy palms.

The Irish Pub serves good food and drink and gave us a discount as we were staying at the resort. The room was clean with good air con, the staff were friendly as well. Altogether we enjoyed our stay and wish we had stayed longer.

I checked air-con filter and it was dirty. Told front desk and immediately cleaned by maintenance guy. Very well run place. Not on the beach but has nice pool area. Will stay again.

Clean but basic hotel at the south end of White Sands Beach. Not the greatest location and not on the beach but if you have your own transportation it can be a good choice.

I cannot praise this hotel highly enough”
Cannot Praise this place highly enough We are just coming to the end of our 9 nights stay at this resort and I had to do this review while it's still fresh in my memory. We were staying at another place on Koh Chang and had seen this resort on You Tube (Geoff Carter). We called to look at the rooms and were so impressed that we immediately booked in for the rest of our stay on Koh Chang. The reception staff are so happy and helpful. No wonder Thailand is knowns as the "Land of Smiles". We were determined to try Thai cuisine, so we ventured into White Sands Beach every day. Most of the time we struck gold with the food but on the odd occasion when the food was not up to par we would end the night in Paddy's Palms pub where we knew we could get good food at reasonable prices. The staff in the pub were also very polite and helpful. A special mention should go to David who was doing a sterling job of looking after things whilst the owners were having a well earned break. This resort also has a sister resort called 15 Palms which is situated right on the beach. Check it out if you want to be in the thick of it. I almost forgot. The cleaning staff do an excellent job of keeping the place spotless and changing towels and bedding every day, while always having a smile on their faces. It is very refreshing to see staff who actually look like they enjoy providing a service to the guests. Well done Paddy's Palms resort and bar.

Lovely Little Resort”
we are staying here for two nights and enjoy our time here. this is a small resort-like hotel. the room is basic and the furnitures are a little bit old. but it is clean and we like the overall ambience of the hotel. it feels relaxing, laid-back, and comfortable. we spent a wonderful time in the swimming pool and in the pool side. also, since breakfast is served in the paddy's palm pub, quality and taste is good, especially for a budget hotel. we were renting a moped from the hotel for bht 200/24 hours. the recepcionist was a very friendly and helpful guy. he allowed us to use the moped for additional 2 hours without needing to pay extra. locationwise, we need to have a 7-10 mins walk to the white sand beach, since it is located in the near end of white-sand area. you will find lots of nice and cheap restaurants and street food along your way to the beach. the easiest and most practical way to explore the island is to rent a moped. there are many other hotels which look interesting and is very affordable. however, you cannot find the in agoda or in the internet in general. if you are a first-time traveller with suitcases, i won't recommend to just hop in and look these hotels since when you reach koh-chang, you need to take a taxi to a pre-determined area and it would be a hassle to take your luggages around searching for a nice suitable hotel. in short, out of what is available in the internet, paddy's palm is a nice option for koh chang first-time visitor. the superior room is much better than the standard room. have a nice stay
