Location is a blast! ”
Very nice, quiet place. Sits on the shore, its not really a beach, but beautiful. You fall asleep and wake up with sound of the waves only... Bungalows are old but functional. Expectedly hot during the day, unexpectedly chill at nights, which is great. Overall very good place!

Nice huts on quieter side of island”
I was there during New Year 2021/2022. There where only 2 cottages occupied. I really liked the quietness of the resort. Although there was a lot of noise coming from the waves hitting on the beach. It was a bit stormy when I was there. I was in cottage 2, which was almost at the beach. It was clean and well maintained. It had hot water, a big fridge, drinking water, towels and a clean bed. The staff is friendly. Due to the lack of guests the options in the restaurant where limited, whicjlh is understandable, but the lady went well out of here way to make some pancked with mixed fruit. Really lovely! The houses are not far apart from eachother. I guess that if it's fully booked it can be a little crowded, maybe? It's also on the quiet (windy?) Side of the Island. The partying is pretty far away. Which is a very good thing to me!

Great value, good location ”
Simple and very affordable place, with a lovely palm-shaded location on Mae Nam beach. We’ve been visiting for decades, and it’s refreshing to visit part of Samui that hasn’t been over-developed

Get what you booked for?”
When booking requested a twin room with two beds. When we arrived we were taken to a room with only one double bed. When there are two adults and a 10 year old it's not suitable. We were told no twin room was available. However for an extra fee we were then shown to a double twin room. If I request something at booking it should be provided. I shouldn't have to then pay a premium in order to have my requirements met as I would have booked elsewhere otherwise. Other than that close to a beach and comfortable enough.

I do not recommend ”
It's not a friendly place, owners doesn't care about the guests at all. No smile, no water or simply toilet paper etc. more like a cashier desk. Garden bungalows in absolutely terrible condition, everything is very old and looks abandoned. Internet issues, electricity is very low.

Top location, low budget”
Located at Mae Nam Beach in the North of Samui you have view on Koh Phagnan. Though the area is quiet and great for relaxation you have good infrastructure like restaurants in walking distance. This hotel is recommendable for a relaxing beach holiday.

Nice and relaxing journey”
We were here in low season so the hotel was almost empty and we shared the nice beach with a few people from other hotels. The hotel has a restaurant on the beach. It’s good and not too expensive (compare to the cheap street food). Bungalow close to the beach is simple and clean but it is not luxury. We don’t know how it is in high season but Mae Nam is definitely more quiet than Chaweng, with probably less restaurants and bars. The atmosphere seems to be more local here. Chaweng is only touristic. There are bars but no nightclubs. Unfortunately lots of places closed in Mae Nam in low season, so we rent a motorbike (150 Bath a day – 4 euros) and it was nice. People drive ok here but I guess there’s a lot more traffic in high season. Be very careful if you are not used to drive one ! We loved it here and stayed much longer than we had planned.

Excellent, looking to rebook ASAP”
I cannot stress enough how beautiful this collection of bungalows is. The location is right on the beach and oh what a view it is! The family that run it are lovely and will do anything to help you, there is always some around too! You can have a massage on their wooden veranda over looking the turquoise waters of samui. Absolute bliss. The value for money is amazing, it's the upmost luxury at half the price. I'm 23 and that is really saying something! I had an air conditioned one bedroom bungalow with living room all to myself for 397 Chinese Yuan which is approximately 40 GBP...it would have been cheaper if it weren't for the service charge, hotel tax and city tax...whatever that is I don't know. I'd book via somewhere else but I wanted this hotel and it was the only sight it was still available through. Very, very highly recommended.

Cozy and simple bungalows ”
We really enjoyed this place. It was very simple and you shouldn't expect much of it. We had both air con and fan rooms and they both come with big comfy beds. The staff is very helpful and friendly. And I absolutely love the location. It is walking distance to anything you need, plus you can rent a scooter from the resort as well. We loved this place so much that we returned to spend one last night on samui here.

Peaceful place, bungalows on the beach”
Only stayed for a night on the way to koh Tao and on the way back. Very peaceful, bungalows on the beach, worth money. Good if you are looking for a nice and peaceful stay. High speed catamaran boats to koh Tao leave just near the hotel.

Lovely hotel and service with a smile”
Excellent unit right on the beach, six steps and into the water, could not be any closer, very comfortable room with good shower and european style toilet included. Outstanding views from our little porch attached to spend a quiet evening drinking a cold beer and watch the sun set, and that was at six o'clock!. The attached restaurant has excellent very friendly staff and a great selection of quality Thai selections to make your mouth water just thinking about it. The hotel is run by a very nice lady who cannot be more helpful to her guests. Our week here has been a memorable one and I highly recommend this hotel to everyone

OK beach bungalows”
The beach of Mae Nam is to me the best around which gives Palm Point Village a big plus. Otherwise, service and room comfort is just average beach bungalow.

Fantastic located bungalow right on the beach!”
Could not beat the location of the bungalow, two steps and right on the sand. Fell asleep listening to the waves - fantastic. Bungalow itself was a little dated - in need of updating but fine for us budget back packers splashing out a little. On site restaurant did great food and good prices. Staff were friendly, some more than others - seem to favour men more than women. A good stay!
