Wonderful place , 6 rooms , good swimming pool.The room is very big and has big private veranda , every room has kitchen. Located in very quiet place. Great place for families with kids, but you need to have your transport.

Superb place - Best deal ever”
We were really surprised at the perfection of this place. Such value for money, havent had it so good for years! Felt like royalty. Rudi the owner was there most of the time, very friendly as were all the Thai staff. Our apartment was on the second floor, and it was huge! Also a spacious veranda. Flatscreen TV, small kitchenette (with gas rings). Large bathroom. Comfortable bed. All spanking new and super clean. There are only 6 units to rent here, so its never crowded. We got our private remote to open and close the drivethrough gate. Breakfast by private order (good cheese too). Nice swimming pool. Very easy access from Sukhumuvit. No driving through endless alleys. Google map takes you here easily. You will need transport to stay here. There aren´t any restaurants close by (in walking distance). The Pattaya Floating Market is very close by (4 minutes by car). Would have wanted to stay a lot longer. On ad added note; this is a perfect place for people with limited mobility. Park right by your apartment. No steps to get into the lower floor apartments, and no steps in the swimming pool either. In future if Rudi has space, we will not look any further when in Jomtien/Pattaya

Phantastisch, ein unglaubliches Preis - Leistungsverhältnis !! Dies kleine, familiär geführte Resort ist urgemütlich und wunderschön. Der aufmerksame Besitzer und seine Frau verstehen es, Ihren Gästen einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt zu bereiten, nach dem Motto, " geht nicht, gibt´s nicht ". Ob Motorroller, Auto oder Fahrrad mieten, Alles war möglich, Fragen wurden kompetent beantwortet und gute Tipps gegeben. Hier werde ich öfter und länger zurückkehren und ich bedanke mich für den schönen Aufenthalt !!

老板是一个德国移居的德国人。人非常热情和友好。是一个花园式的别墅，阳台上还有很多盆景。花园里的游泳池是盐水，没有消毒水的味道，很舒服。房间里的设施也很好。各种细节方面让人很舒服。不是旺季来的话你可以一个人住一个大别墅。老板还是24小时随叫随到。任何问题都可以咨询。总之就这个价位而言是我住的最满意的一次。五星好评。
