Nice large room, tepid breakfast ”
Nice large room., which looks and smells new. Not much decoration yet. Water pressure is shower could be a bit better. breakfast spread is good at reasonable quality, except that all food is tepid or cold. Even the ‘hot’ water was not hot. The ‘Cappucino’ alternative was not drinkable, more like Coffeemate. The cut fruit is drenched in salat dressing. Unfortunately they find it necessary to play the TV at full volume with crazy game shows. Too much for me in the early morning. Interesting swimming pool with glass sidewall. The pool is not very wide but good for the morning exercise and good to teach people swimming, with the glass pane to observe the style underwater.

Good and bad ”
Everything was good until i was told that i cant have an extra towel. There is an extra charge for a towel. So i supposed they they expect us to use the same towel for swim and shower. Breakfast was ok. But most of the warmer is not on. So the food was literally cold for breakfast.

Phavina Grand Boutique is located on the Sukhumvit Road, Rayong. The front office staff is very friendly. The room is clean and large. What is worth mentioning additionally is that this hotel has a nice swimming pool.

We are quite fond of serviced apartment filter in Agoda. We would prefer bigger room, soft bed and clean linens. The Phavina got them all. Breakfast is also good. We felt overwhelm by people during holiday and the breakfast is lacking but it is understandable.

The room was nice, clean, and well-designed, but you can hear the sound a bit when people walk & talk passing your room. I have ordered my dinner from their kitchen to deliver to the room and it was good. The food taste good at the very reasonable price. The swimming pool was a bit small, but clean and usable with salt water system ( not chlorine). The fitness has many choices of equipment to play with. The breakfast has various choices and the taste was good. The staffs were fine. I haven't seen them much on the B- Building, but that was okay as I don't need any assistance during my stay. Overall, it was good and reasonable for what I have spent.

Very Nice Hotel with Friendly Staff”
I spent a very pleasant 2 days at this hotel. It's new and clean with huge rooms. The location is right on Sukhumvit but set back far enough so that it was quiet. I didn't care for the free breakfast but that is a given at almost all hotels. There is a coffee shop out front and a 7-11 not too far away. The staff were very nice and helpful. I would definitely stay here again the next time I'm in town.

Rooms were exactly like the photos, hotel is a bit out of town so you will need to get a taxi as barht bus finishes at 6pm, rooms were very spacious, breakfast was decent with good selection,hotel is out 30 mins from the pier if going to Koh Samet, we only payed 1000 barht including breakfast so excellent value for money
