I can not recommend this hotel enough! We had the most spectacular stay from start to finish!!! We were made to feel extremely welcome by all of the staff at this resort but a big shout out has to go out to a guy called Music who made our stay here so special! He is such a lovely man and did everything in his power to make sure we had the most perfect holiday! He talked us through maps, places to visit, various excursions, travel and made lots exceptions to fit our needs. The rooms are beautiful and so clean! The settings are fresh and tranquil and the food is delicious! And we also highly recommend Harry for a private yoga class while you stay here! It was such a great way to start our day! We are truly grateful to all the staff here for such an amazing time but again an extra special thank you to Music who is such an asset to your resort aswell as coconut the sweetest smiley waitress! We wish you all the best and hope to visit you in Vietnam again soon xXx

I stayed at Phu Thinh Hoi An in 2015 and was impressed then. Since then the hotel has undergone extensions but has lost none of its character and personal service. Everything is good here but one aspect I really love is that it is eco friendly. Rather than having single use toiletries everything is in refillable containers. Even the drinking water is in a refillable jug rather than plastic bottles. You may ask how do we know this is clean uncontaminated water? Well I believe by the standard of the hotel you can be sure it Is fresh and clean. The staff are wonderful and can read your mind as to anything you may like. There is a beautiful outdoor pool and a yummy substantial breakfast is served in an outdoor cabana. The staff are very happy to organize your every need. I will return.

Lovely hotel, great value”
The hotel is very comfortable. About 10 minutes walk into the old town, but close to shops, it was ideal for us - quiet and accessible. Our room was spacious, well equipped, plenty of hot water and immaculate. The staff are exceptional; friendly, warm and caring and very helpful. Beds are comfortable and the spa is lovely. We found it great value and would definitely stay there again.

From the road you would not believe what is beyond the reception lobby. Marvellous pool amongst tropical vegetation. Up to date rooms, meticulously clean and modern. Great staff.

Great Hoi An Hotel”
Stayed here for 10 nights and would really recommend. Paid for superior pool view room & it was excellent. Only minor issue was lack of wardrobe /clothes storage space, however as most guests only stay one or two nights it shouldn't really pose a problem.. Pool & garden areas are great for a small hotel. Breakfast buffet very good , plenty of choice, although being there a while, we did have to keep reminding staff to replenish empty plates etc., which they did no problem. Location was fine for us, about 20 minute walk to the centre of old town and only a few minutes in a taxi to the beach. note that shuttle buses are available for both if required. You will struggle to find a better hotel in Hoi An at the rates they charge, so book it !

I stayed at this hotel 5 years ago and gave it a top review if possible it has even improved now. The staff here even seem to know you have a shower then fresh towels suddenly appear. Everything you need and more is here.

Great staff, breakfast, pool”
We were greeted from the taxi with smiling staff grabbing our bags for us. Check in was simple and the rooms were clean. Instead of plastic bottles in the room they had big glass jugs of water, great touch. Included breakfast was delicious. Nice pool with drink service. Would definitely stay again.

Very comfortable for our Hoi An stay”
We booked a small suite for our short stay in Hoi An. The room was very large and comfortable, and cooled down quickly with the a/c. There was no closet to hang our clothing, but a small cabinet too short to hang my long dress, which was a fine but not ideal alternative. Only 2 small drawers for other clothes. The internet didn't work very well from our rooms, but was improved in the lobby or nearby the lobby. We were able to get bikes for free (included in our booking) to ride into town, which was great, as the walk to town on the first day was a little further than we would have wanted to do several times a day. We ended up renting a scooter nearby and the staff was helpful in finding places for us to park each night. Arranging airport transfers was also easy and very reasonably priced.

Wonderful connecting room”
We stayed 3 nights with connecting room, one for my family and one for my mother-in-law. Two rooms are so big, nice and beautiful. Everday, we got a new fruit. You can have free bicycle to the Ancient Town. The cons is no much choices for breakfast for Vietnamese foods

Great place for the money, could use an update especially in bathroom”
Great place, good location, but the bathroom needed a serious update. Shower head mount was falling off the wall and only about a meter high, trim under the tub was missing and you could tell that the place just had a tired feel to it. Otherwise the place was great, nice pool and friendly staff. Wifi was fast a strong, with a tv that had some English channels. Would stay again and maybe pay a few dollars more for an upgraded room too see if it was better than my tired room.
