Small family run guesthouse not far from Ta Yai”

After initial difficulties finding the place (call them to pick you up), or take a mototaxi there. Alternatively there will be a fee songteaw taxis to the left as you exit the pier, or if you are dully at the end, follow the russian crowds left to the till you come to the beach, there is usually a dozen or so songteaw's waiting there. The rooms are nice and as per pictures, plenty of places to sit or lie outside, and it has a little private beach down below the seated area on the website. The hosts appear to a family and are very friendly and delightful, but i'm not sure of their English as i was travelling with a Thai Speaker. I get the feeling though that it is next to non-existent, but sometimes that can be a good thing! Wifi is strong and never dropped out. Paddle boats you can take out on the water, or use the bicycles to cycle into town, or it's a 2-3 minute cycle to gorgeous Ta Yai beach (banana boat, jetski, russian girls etc). Sitting outside at night, you can see the lights of Naklua, Pattaya and Jomtien. The one tip i have, and it's nothing against the hotel, but eat in your room, the flies are big and will bug you! But that seems to be all over the island 18 trips to Pattaya and i never went to Koh Larn, but thus lovely place and the clearer waters will change that!

Very nice place, welcome with smile”

Very nice and quiet place, bit remote, with great sea view. I booked standart room. After we arrived and I saw superior room, especially seaview was amazing, I asked if we can upgrade to that room. No problem, within a minute I was in my new room. There is nicest people I met for long time, so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was simple, but still nice. On check out they even helped us to get back to pier on their bikes, so the whole experience was great. Next time I go to Koh Larn, surely I will return to the same place

Good to stay inside the properties”

Here has a lot of activities including in the price rate such as snorkeling and canoe playing.If you like to do the activities in the resort, this place would be great.Another problem is water flow that is not contiuely so sometime you cannot use the water to take a shower. At this resort doesn’t have hair dryer or fan, shower cap and cotton bud, it should have because a lot of activities in this lsland relate to the sea so people need to have good clean themselve.And for the breakfast is very normal as filled toast, condensated milk, coffee, chicken rice soup(bland taste) and watermelon. It would be great if the resort prefer some pan fried egg with toppings because the rice soup is not delish for me. Overall the activities is a great ideal to stay here, the staff is very nice.I am so appreciated the staff. They always take good care of food of the customer and cleanliness around accommodation. But some problems about water flow, facilities and breakfast.

Cute little hotel with amazingly helpful owner”

Jess the owner was so helpful and kind. When we wandered back from dinner in the village, he saved us two huge Chinese lanterns which he helped us launch from the private beach. If you don't like fish rice and noodles for free breakfast then Jess will send a bike into the village to fetch you what you want. We had a full english for just B100 each. There is also complimentary help yourself tea and coffee. If you turn right out of the resort and walk a short way to the end of the road there is a beautiful little cove with deck chairs that doesn't seem to feature on any of the maps nor signposts? If you turn left it takes you to the village. We cycled through the village and on to another lovely beach called Nual Beach. This is bigger but not as touristy as the main beach the ferry goes to. Nual beach has monkeys up in the cliff trees!

Very pleasant experience”

It was definitely great experience. Quiet place, room with ocean view and great, friendly staff. Enjoyed and would surely come back anytime. Hope that place will stay the way i remember it. Breakfast could get a bit better, otherwise so nice. Once again thanks to staff that made our stay so pleasant

romantic place, i had ever seen”

it was excited lace for me and my family also. we were enjoying so much that we couldn't deserve before we go there. it was a wonderful experience for us. we should go next time if we make a plan to go Ko Lan again.

A total disaster”

I cannot believe how bad this place was. The first night while our oldest son was brushing his teeth, the sink fell off the wall, broken into peices and cut his leg open. Water was shooting everywhere. The poor staff tried to fix it all themselves and assured us they would get us a room the next day. The next day they said sorry but someone else booked the other room. What a joke. Then they insisted on charging us extra because our children were "too tall." I think that is supposed to me they were considered adults and were charged accordingly. We tried to get our money back later, after the roof leaked all night onto our bed during the rain storm - but too late. They said they were sorry but manager could not refund anything. What a dump. We noticed a lot of cheaper better places on Koh Laan. Stay away! Better yet, avoid Pattaya and Koh Laan and go somewhere else. These places give Thailand a bad name.

What a disappointment”

This place was a pretty big dissappointment. I know your never supposed to be fooled by the pictures, but this place was pretty bad. Granted, maybe it is all "OK" to Thai standards. But there was an obscene amount of bugs and cockroaches here. We killed at least 7 or 8. Then the sink in the bathroom pipes were not attached. We turned the water on, and it just all went on the floor. The staff gal was nice and very sorry, but you can tell this place is falling to bits. Not worth the $60 USD we paid by a long shot. This should be a $10 backpacker hotel.

海を楽しむには…”

海とは逆側にあるゲストハウスです。 写真のイメージとはマイナス７０点くらいする必要があるかもしれません。笑 建物は新しい雰囲気ですが… スタッフの少年が原付を貸してくれるので島の中は自由に走り回ることが出来ました。 無料で貸してくれました 対応は素晴らしく良かったのですが、海が遠いのが残念です。 結果的には原付で楽しく走れたのでいい思い出になりましたが^^
