We really like this place, it's not a hotel, it's a real house! The price was very reasonable, inexpensive, best value for our money ever :) We stayed at a pool villa with a private salt water swimming pool. How fantastic it was! This place located in a quiet rural area, just only 15 km from Hua Hin city. So it's perfect for us. We didn't prefer staying in a city though. The living room, kitchen are big and nice. The bathroom is ok, no bathtub, but they do have a jacuzzi on the rooftop and also BBQ! Owners and chef are friendly and very kind to us. Already told many friends of ours to stay at this place whenever they plan to visit Hua Hin! The negative point was only the water from showers in the bathroom (we didn't try the one on the rooftop) ran pretty slow because of scale in the showers. They should have cleaned them regularly. บ้านสะอาด ใหญ่ สะดวกสบาย มีทุกอย่างให้ในบ้าน เพราะมันคือบ้านจริงๆ พอดีทริปนี้ลืมเอาผ้าเช็ดตัว แชมพู สบู่ไป เข้าไปดูในห้องน้ำ ไม่มีอะไรให้นอกจากทิชชู่ เลยลองหาๆดู เจอผ้าเช็ดตัวในตู้เสื้อผ้าในห้องนอน แต่ยังไงก็หาแชมพู สบู่ไม่เจอจริงๆ แฟนไปถามเจ้าของ เค้าบอกว่าปกติจะมีแชมพูครีมอาบน้ำ 2-in-1 ให้ 1 ขวดในห้องน้ำ แต่ห้องเราไม่มี ก็เลยได้มาใหม่ (คิดว่าแขกที่พักก่อนหน้าคงหยิบกลับบ้านไป อาจคิดว่าเป็น souvenir เพราะขวดสวยเชียว) วันสุดท้ายน้ำไม่ไหลซะงั้น ขณะกำลังอาบน้ำอยู่ตอนเช้า แอบเซ็ง แต่ว่าแฟนออกไปบอกพนักงานให้ ก็รีบมาดูให้ทันที เลยรู้สีกไม่แย่เท่าไหร่ (คิดดูฟองเต็มหัว แต่น้ำไม่ไหล มันไหลเอื่อยๆจนหยุดไป T-T) ฝักบัวใหญ่ในห้องน้ำดูดีมาก (ยี่ห้อก็ดี) แต่น้ำไหลไม่แรง เป็นฝอยๆเล็กๆ พอลองเปลี่ยนไปใช้ฝักบัวอันเล็ก ก็ปัญหาเดียวกัน เพราะหัวฝักบัวคงมีตะกรันเกาะอยู่ น่าจะทำความสะอาดหน่อย ควรเตรียมน้ำยาล้างจานไปเอง เพราะบางบ้านอาจมีบางบ้านอาจไม่มี (บ้านเราไม่มี) อาหารที่ร้านอร่อยมาก ทั้งไทยและยุโรป ตอนแรกคิดว่าราคาแพงแต่พอออกไปทานในโรงแรมอื่นในหัวหิน ที่นี่ถูกกว่าเยอะ เพียงแต่ว่ารายการอาหารไทยไม่หลากหลายเท่านั้นเอง แต่เท่าที่มีอยู่ในเมนู ลองกี่รายการก็อร่อยมากทุกอย่าง สระว่ายน้ำเป็นน้ำเกลือ ชอบมาก คุ้มค่าคุ้มราคาเกินความคาดหมายจริงๆ

Wow! Amazing place. best value for money ever.”
All I can say is wow! When you are backpacking you do not expect to be able to afford this kind of luxury. For the price of an average room on the islands we got a luxury two floor villa with all of the above facilities. If you are happy to stay out of the city of Hua Hin then this place is actually perfect. We had three days there and only did the 15 minute bus journey into Hua Hin once, just to look around, as the resort has a very reasonably priced mini/mart and restaurant on/site. The location is literally the only thing I can think of that was a slight negative...but the location also afforded us lovely views of mountains in all directions from the rooftop terrace. I did actually think the shuttle into Hua Hin was slightly expensive but we only needed to use it twice, the last one being to take us to the train station. All in all if you are reading this review and have been travelling on a budget around Thailand...you simply must give yourself a few days of luxury here while the prices are this low. They surely have to go up as it gets more popular.

Great Location and Lovely Villa”
I was really impressed by this Hotel. The villa was huge, fully furnished (LCD TV, DVD, Kitchen Stoves...). My favorite part was without doubt the rooftop with Jacuzzi, BBQ and deckchairs. The swimming pool is just in front of the room. I suggest to have a car or rent a Motorbike because the Hotel is quite far from Hua Hin or Khao Tao (if you look for peace and relax it's perfect)

everything here is amazing, from the bbq and jacquzi on the roof, to the style of furnishings in the rooms. the staff are really friendly and always smiling, nothing is too much problem. the rooms are spacious, really comfortable, modern yet stylishly equipped. swimming pool just beside the apartment, fantastic restaurant. we didn't want to leave and extended our booking and only left due to commitments. this place is a real gem. its slightly outside hua hin, but they run shuttle bus service,which we kept meaning to use but never did. great place to relax, swim, laze, sunbathe on roof, eat well, have a look at the mountains, pineapple plantation across the road and relax. wifi is great here so would be a great place if needed to work too.

We go to stay at this hotel for our 5th Aniversary. It's the great hotel and great place for our special day.Thanks for all the best services and the best place in Hua Hin. We are very happy to stay here. The hotel is make me feel like i stay at my home. It's fully with all the facilities. Lovely villas”
great value for the money with this high quality villa. though the location is a bit far from town, approx. 10mins taxi from hua hin town center, but if you rent a car or scooter, it's no problem at all. bbq dinner on the roof with jacuzzi was great fun! beautiful mountain view~ if you're interested in cooking your own meal, there're all the kitchenware u'll need. just get the fresh ingredients from town. there's a mini mart in the hotel, beers are at reasonable price. this is a great place to stay if you want to stay away from the crowds in town, have a quiet stay.

Lovely quite resort in the middle of nowhere ”
had booked for 7 nights but extended our stay for another 12 days that says something about the place. the villa was wonderful,large,good cooking facilities,good tv plus dvd player. on top a jacuzzi bbq area table and chairs,sun beds, and lovely views of the mountains. it is 15km from hua hin town and there is a shuttle service in 3 times a day for per person each way or if you prefer to walk to the main road,about 15min, you can catch a local bus for per person. from town a taxi will charge you one way. we used the local bus. the restaurant on site cooks lovely food,my favourite was green curry and very reasonably priced.

Friendly staff and superb food”
This is a place to come back to. We will for sure return to this hidden gem about 15km South of Hua Hin. Only next time we will make sure to stay longer. We rented scooters in the project and we had a wonderful afternoon in the "Sai Noi" beach area. There are 3 very big pools in the project with kids areas. The resort has a small shop and drinks and more is very easy to get at a fair price. We can highly recommend Oriental Mountain View for other couples or families that are looking for a relaxing time in beautiful surroundings.

Relaxing resort in the middle of nowhere ”
i stayed there 3 nights, which was very nice and relaxing. the resort is far from hua hin town but this is why i chose it, three days pure relaxing. you can go to the rooftop for suntanning, bbq and drinking beer in the jaccuzi. the swimming pool is just 3 steps away from your villa. if you want to go to the town, the resort offers shuttle bus service, which i only used it once. seafood in hua hin is very nice, try it! will definitely go back to oriental mountain view if i go to hua hin again.

Nice apartment hotel”
We had a very good time, and would have stayed longer if resort had not been fully booked over the weekend. Excellent place to relax at the resort. We filled up with some nice food from the supermarket in Hua hin and then had two wonderful days relaxing by our self, after a few hectic exploring & sporting days in Hua hin before that. Likely will come back.

Quiet, relaxing, comfortable vacation”
We rented a family suite which had two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom inside and a jacuzzi tub, lounge chairs, a barbecue and a dining table on the rooftop. It was a very relaxing get a way. It was close enough from Hua Hin to drive in to the night bazaar, but far enough away to be quiet. It was a 5 minute drive to the beach for one of our day outings and close to a Makro and Tesco for food shopping. The facilities are modern and all in great condition. The pool was a little small and in direct sun, so swimming in the daytime was a little bright, then at dusk the mosquitos came out. Although we found some good times to go to the pool. We very much enjoyed our stay and will likely return. The value for what you get is hard to beat, even in Thailand.

Excellent setting for families with children.”
We had a great time here we were looking for some Rest and Relax time and we got it here. It's in a very quiet setting yet it's only 15 minutes from downtown Hua Hin. We found everything we needed close by and great beaches with next to no one on them only 5 to 10 minutes away. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It's self contained so you can do your own cooking or make use of the store and restaurant located on the premises. It was a family friendly place which we really appreciate as we find it hard to find lodgings when we travel with our large family (8 children and adults) Many Thanks for the great lodings.

Great hotel with good service”
A great stay. The hotel accommodation is seperate villas with all amenities including large roof top bar-b- cue area. It is not in the high resort areas, however it is just great for a quiet holiday. The complex has 3 swimming pools. Having a hire car would make it easy to travel around the beantiful area. Courtesy buses are available to Hua Hin but it still means paying for transport to see the area. I highly recommend this hotel.

Beautiful and quiet”
Our stay was lovely. The place is quite far out of Hua hin so taxis take 20 mins to get there and 20 mins to get into town. But if its peace and quiet, your own space your after this is definitely the hotel for you. Each room has pool access and also on the roof an entertaining area with a jacuzzi with magnificent mountain views.

Living among the mountains, jacuzzi on the roof with bar b q stove. Every room has pool access. The location also near Hua-Hin center, and beach by car for 10 minutes. The breakfast is on the standard compare to the price I paid. One thing that I really need to tell is " you must have a car because the hotel is not on the main road. To access the hotel or hang out anytime you need , you must use car.

I arrived with my wife and friend for an overnight stay to break up a 1000KM drive from the south of Thailand to the north. We were not looking for frills and exceptional accommodation, but from the moment we were booked in and taken to our pool villas, I was stunned to say the least at the quality of the resort. The layout of the villa was superb, it catered for everything, a very large main room with sitting/dining area and a decent well equipped kitchenette so self catering was a breeze with Tesco Lotus just 8KM up the road. Also huge sliding landscape windows with vertical blinds than enable you full privacy with convenience to just step out of your lounge and into the swimming pool... A great touch. We had a separate king size bedroom with mountain view and the same windows leading onto a small patio. Also a very adequate and very clean separate bathroom/shower. Then we were led to the rooftop (private) terrace where there was a whirlpool jacuzzi for those evenings of relaxing in a warm bubbly tub under the stars... yet another fantastic touch. Also there was a very large barbecue with charcoal and lighting blocks available for just a few baht from the complex shop. There was even a dining area under shade, and sun loungers... This place really has it all and attention to detail was AA+. All in all.... Our stay was very nice and nour friend raved about it just as much as we did. So much so, that I intend to drive back down here in a couple of weeks where I will be booking for 5 days.... We have found a real diamond in this resort... I have made 25 agoda bookings, and this is by far the best, and that includes 5 star hotels that we book every now and then.

Spacious room with Fully Furnished. Service minded”
the resort is located huahin but not close to the sea. it is hillside location. however, the resort is spectacular due to its size. the house i stayed has a big living room, a big bed room and modern design bathroom. the house has deck and you can make bbq for your dinner or you also chill with open air jacuzzi what a fantastic resort. the breakfast is buffet but limited choices but the taste is great. one concern is the directional signage to resort is rarely seen. the landmark is khao din temple. i would recommend the resort for persons who love a big room and fully furnished. it suits for family and group of friends.

good location if you need some rest, houses are very beautifull and good equiped, service is ok. bit far from hua hin, but close to another beach, i had a few complains, that can happen, but the flexibel way of solving them was very very correct

Oriental Mountain View”
villa type accomodation, set in the middle of no where, well not exactly. transport is ideal but taxis are available and reasonable. free wifi did not work that well. spacious living room with kitchen, no microwave or oven. everything else available. could do with a kettle though, saves boiling a pan of water. poolside villa, steps away from the pool. nice to have swim and cool off in. on top a roof top terrace, nice seating area, bbq pit so you can have your own bbq, and a jacuzzi! lovely views across the pineapple plantations. very quiet and peacefull at night. on sight shop stocks a few basic essential items. but the local tesco is only a ten minute drive away. breakfast was included, typical thai breakfast or american breakfast. if there was many staying they would put it out buffet style. if not, then you would be served breakfast. all enough to set you up for the day. bathroom, did have strong sewerage smell at times. it was not horrendous, but was a bit off putting, and it was not all day. staff friendly and courteous. i must say the villa was not cleaned once during our stay, however clean towels etc where changed daily.

Great facilities and space”
13-15 km away from cicada and huahin night market. location is quite isolate and private, very convenience for a car owner. the center pool is very clean and enjoyable. the living room is large enough for a small party, cooking and stuffs. bathroom is ok and the bed is so comfy and large. plenty of space to enjoy. the rooftop equip with outdoor jacuzzi & music and bar b q owen (additional $ for gas) dinning tables set are all prepared. the jacuzzi gives us full relax and pleasure when you can see the mountain surrounding the pool and modern construction of these villa. i can stay all day/night long with plenty of activities to do here. the price per night is even great, they offer as much facilities as a 10k/night resort. i will surely come back for more!!! ไม่ไกลจากตัวเมืองเลย โรงแรมอยู่บนเขา ลึกนิดหน่อยแต่คุ้มมากถ้าเข้าไปถึง ห้องใหญ่มาก ทั้งห้องนอนห้องนั่งเล่น เตียงนุ่มมาก (เตียงฝรั่ง) มีสระน้ำเป็นแนวยาวว ส่วนที่ชอบคือชั้นบน มีพื้นที่สันทนาการ มีเตาบาร์บีคิวอย่างดี แต่ต้องเสียค่าแก๊สเองนะซึ่งก็ไม่เท่าไหร่ ถ้าหาซื้อของสดมาทำกิน แล้วแช่่จากุชชี่ เปิดเพลงไปด้วย กับเพื่อนๆคงครึ้มมากๆ จานช้อนตู้เย็นมีให้พร้อม ในราคาถูกมากๆเมื่อเทียบกับที่พักในหัวหิน ต้องกลับมาอีกแน่นอน แต่น่าจะเหมาะสำหรับคนมีรถ
