I have been staying on and off for a year, and found no better property, the staff infallibly polite and heplful, if you are staying in Pattaya and want a comfortable base, the permier room or king studio are an excellent choice for peace of mind.

I've stayed here a number of times and will return. The location is easy walking distance to Beach Road and the other entertainment streets. Hired transportation is also easily available. Good value for the money!

Good location. No sleeze on your doorstep which is always a plus in Pattaya. Very clean. Only problem was no staff after 4 pm due to Covid so the lift was turned off at 4pm. No safe in the room.

Reception close at 1600 Hrs Lifts are not available between 23:59-0700 Hrs But you can get in n out with a magnetic card plus stairs to go up n down. Other than that quite reasonable hotel.

Silly management ”
This hotel would deserve 3 stars for the price - however I deduct one for annoying and stupid management: I wanted to book a day longer and asked if it will be the same as previously booked on agoda if I pay directly - yes. Turns out that was not true, so I booked again over agoda - where now the price was also higher, but still 30 baht lower. Turns out this time I had booked a differed room though. Instead of settling the anyways annoying matter the manager insisted I pay 30 more or change the room to the one next door. So they preferred to clean two rooms, new sheets and towels And make a customer angry - for 30 baht. To make a point I grabbed my few belongings and went to the other room - nearly the same, better air con and less noisy. Ok 🥲

Best stay for price location and service”
Pattaya had a large number of properties yet very few offer great service, location and choice of rooms even when they charge a premium. PJ Inn is within easy reach of major locations, has consistently friendly and helpful staff, and basic but comfortable rooms, plus free parking for guests. I have not found another property within the price range to compete and would recommend for business and leisure stays.

PJ Inn has advanced since I was there last time. From a dark and rather unattractive hole this relatively well priced property has advanced to a really good place to stay in Pattaya – away from the seedy part of this town. Recent renovations in one wing have produced a few really attractive rooms – even with a balcony.

Friendly, family run hotel”
I stayed here for about 5 nights in January following a trip to New Zealand. It was reasonably priced and comfortable and the staff helpful. They had a good system of looking after valuables by providing lockers. I think you needed your own padlock but I can't recall so best to ask. The hotel was conveniently placed for access to the beach, central Pattaya and Bell Travel were able to take me to it from the bus station without any difficulty. The only minus point was I didn't have a balcony but overall it was good value.

The rooms are large though the bathroom is quite small. You can hail a baht bus outside the hotel or in the main street. If you love walking, Central Festival Mall is just a few minutes walk and along the streets are food and fruits that you can only find in Thailand. Mango sticky rice in Pattaya is a lot tastier than in Bangkok.

It is just few meters away from the main road of central pattaya. And the stay was really cool. Me and my friend had a great time nd rooms were clean nd hygienic. There r two Indian hotels near by and overall I just give a five star fr the stay.

We had a nice stay in PJ Inn. It was a good sleep for 2 nights because of quite and less crowded area. The bed is very comfortable. The 2 ladies reception staff are very accomodating and helpful. I would definitely stay here again when I comeback in Pattaya.
