The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We arrived around 11pm for a 2 nights stay and had to checkout at around 5am but the staff were so helpful. Pool was nice and clean, the rooms were spacious and the bed was soft. Stayed in Deluxe rooms and the toilet / shower / drying area layout was perfect. Food was superb! Ordered breakfast and other meals throughout our stay, all of the food we ordered were so good! Definitely coming back again! Kudos to Ponce de Leon staff and management!

Garden-style hotel with rich buffet breakfast, friendly and welcoming staff, and free airport shuttle service. Convenient transportation with small shops nearby to buy fruits and necessities. A motorcycle ride costs 50 pesos to Robinsons Mall and 100 pesos to SM. I stayed here for two months and was happy every day, just like staying at home. Highly recommended for families with children. Your kids will never be bored.

Our family stayed there for 4 days and we are absolutely satisfied with how attentive and helpful the staffs are. The food are also great and definitely worth it's price. The place is so spacious be it inside or outside the room. High ceiling room, outside has a lot of space to simply enjoy the fresh air due to a lot of trees within the resort which is by the way great for picture taking. The pool is being clean daily. Now on to the low lights, due to the flowers and trees surrounding the resort expect insects and all, especially if you will go for a night swimming but mosquito repellent lotion will do the job. Also, they will always put mosquito incense. This place is a bit far from the main road but there's a lot of tricycle passing by so you don't really need to worry getting around the town. The room is clean by the way and has a shower heater. We got a lot of request like, hair dryer and minifridge which was free of charge. Thank you so much Ponce De Leon for the great hospitality!
