Acceptable”
We chose it coz they have a pool but when we went there their pools are under repair or something and the kids were so frustrated. It would have been nice if they mention the repair during the booking. Also breakfast is frustrating.

nice hotel, great rooms, but not aimed at brits”
My wife and i had a lovely holiday whilst staying at the prima villa hotel. There were a couple of samll issues, firstly no one on the reception had any clue about english speaking so communication was difficult.I was told i needed to pay $100 dollars before i could get my keys but no one could explain to me why i needed to pay this.I also only had Pound sterling and they looked like they had never seen this beofre hence they didnt know what it was worth.I managed to get through to them that £40 was equivalent to 2000 baht and i was happy to give them that.It turns out it was a deposit incase you spend any money in the bar or restaurant i think. We are beach people really so the fact that the pool was pretty much in the shade didnt bother us as we didnt really use it.The location was great for the beach as only 5 minutes walk and we were on the beach, the supermarkets were very handy and right outside the hotel there was one where we bought beers, water and sancks to fill our fridge up in the room. Was really nice to come back from the beach and have a few cold beers on the balcony watching the sun go down before heading off out for the evening.Towels were provided and plentiful as you leave the hotel in the morning which is great as you dont have to use your own and get clean ones every day.Breakfast was pretty much standard and nothing to write home about an in fact most mornings we didnt even bother as there are loads of beach and street sellers where you can get brunch/lunch very cheaply. The rooms were probably the best we have ever stayed in when travelling to these sort of countries, really large room, excellent shower, nice big bed, balcony with sea views(restricted by other hotels)with really good aircon, safe, fridge, good maid service.all in all greast value and around £40 a night for b&b.Would definitely stay there again if returning to this area

Expect Loads of Tourist”
Away from the nosier parts of Pattaya further south, not too convenient for one that does not drive. There were no convenient “song-taew” taxis that could get me cheaply over to the other sections of Pattaya where food and entertainment were aplenty. Expect to pay more for transportation to and from here, a lot more. The upside was that it was a pleasantly quieter environment, that was till noisy Chinese tourist decided to invade the pool past midnight after their entertainment spree elsewhere. Rooms were large and featured a trendy toilet with a large glass window. So if your trip sleeps 2 on a business trip, can watch your colleague bath in full plain sight. I had my trip booked from an online booking website and the price was very good compared to a walk in. In fact it was one of the most economical good value for money stay I had on my trips to this region of Thailand. Economical means, do not expect any extravagance. Breakfast was average matching price, but was a crowd as there was loads of tourist. My basic need was I needed a good sleep. The pillow was ridiculous hard and high and I ended up with 90 degrees neck in the morning. Nevertheless, all in all, the price made it a worthwhile stay, maybe just bring my own pillow next time.

Decient but Pattaya has better for the money”
It was clean, and the bathrooms are up dated with shower and tub. Breakfast is an additional $8 per person. Coffee was So, so. Bed is hard. And you only get two pillows for a king size bed. We were glad to go home. And I think there was some photo shop done to their picture of the pool. In real life it looks small, shallow, and crammed into a small area in front of the hotel. We have gotten a better deal in Pattaya. And I hope I find the place I stayed at before. It was a better deal. Although this one is far better than what America would give you for the money.

great relax & worth money in a local hotel 'Prima'”
The pacific room is quite nice, 4-star facilities in room. we got the first floor 'the pool access' as the reception inform to free upgraded for us. we pay for the breakfast at room no.1 as it's closed to our room. the food is quite nice and we can chill out near the swimming pool. the beach near the hotel is not crowded, we never know that there is a secret beach in pattaya.

Cheap, big room, close to the beach”
This hotel is not in front of the beach but you can walk to it by less than 5 minutes. The beach, Wong-amart, is very clean, calm similar to Hua Hin beach unlike most of beaches in Pattaya that are very noisy and dirty. For the hotel, it's under big renovation during my visit. All of swimming pools are close with a lot of dirt in the air from the construction. That makes my children very upset. However I luckily get the very good room for compensation. It's really big, new and clean comparing to all of hotels I ever visited in Pattaya at this price range. The bathtub is really big that makes my children forget about swimming pool problem. Yet, there is L-shape sofa that is big enough to be a day bed. IMO, this hotel is very best value for those who don't want beach front. However you must check about the renovation information when you decide to book.

Could do more...”
Overall the Hotel, I found is good value for money. For my purpose of being close to Wongamat it is a great location. However, value can be enhanced easily - the swimming pool was not warm for kids to enter in the morning, beds requested and then confirmed by the Hotel in writing as 2 x beds turned out to be 1 x large bed. Little things spoilt the mood in the beginning. Breakfast bar is good, Hotel is clean. Overall OK but should have been better

7 night stay”
For the price, the hotel is good. Situated in a quiet area of Wongamat away from the main nightlife, however only a 5 min taxi away. There are 2 pools which are nice. A lot of Chinese bus loads attend this hotel daily which seems to be the hotels main focus. No issues if you are looking for a quieter spot, beach is 5 min walk.

Great Hotel very close to the beach”
when we arrived local people had trouble directing nus to the hotel. it is not in the centre of pattaya but a 15-20 minute walk further north. however there is a nice beach just across the road. for the price we couldn't of asked for me. the hotel staff were able to arrange a taxi to the bus station back to bangkok for a good price

Across from Centara Grand & Wongamat beach”
Large, clean, comfortable room. Walking distance to Wongamat beach, in north Pattaya. Close to main street shops & bars. Extra charge for wi-fi. Breakfast buffett was poor. Hot foods were cold, limited selection, fruits were not replenished. Part of hotel under construction.

Good Value. Lock your door. ”
All was pleasant and good. The room was clean, and well kept for being an older building. Despite the bus loads of tourists coming in and out of the hotel lobby, and 100% occupancy the nights we where there, the room was still very quiet. Good walls between the rooms. The walk to the public beach was not to far, maybe 7 minutes. The beach was a little busy, and dirty. The sea water is nasty cloudy green, full of who knows what. We wouldn’t get in the water anywhere in Pattaya though. The bed was a bit hard, and the strange foam pillows where not to our liking. The one and only real issue we had, was the last day, at about 9am when getting ready for breakfast and check out, the maid opened our door without knocking, even though the do not disturb was on. When we left the room, no one was cleaning the entire floor we where on. No maid cart, no nothing........ makes me wonder what she was even doing coming into the room at all. Glad we where fully clothed, but next time I stay, I will be bolt locking the door.

Nice stay”
Prima Villa is a nice, modern hotel however if you look for luxury it’s a wrong address. The hotel has really nice pools and large rooms, but some of them need refubrishement. Breakfast is in Thai style, with lots of spicy dinner-like food. Hotel is very busy and seems to be a stop-over for bus trips from China. Unfortuately the reception desk crew barely speeks English so if you have any issues you need a translator and patience to communicate with them. Overall I would get back there.

Overall is good.”
Overall is good. It has a Family Mart in front of the hotel. Staffs are good and helpful. Swimming pool is not big. The room also clean. Welcome drink is nice. The location is convenient for traveling anywhere in Pattaya. Breakfast is ok. There has parking.

Reasonable price, Good location”
This hotel has very good location around 300 meters far from beach. In room is clean and more facilities. I have 3 bad comments; 1. The meeting room isn’t absorb sound enough when i try to relax outside room, it’s disturbed me. 2. The amenity in room is not enough even though i rest only one day and don’t have comb. This is basic. By the way, overall is good.

Cosy and lovely hotel”
Our stay at the Prima Villa, is overall good. Nothing fascinating, but overall a pretty satisfied hotel guest. Where we stayed was in the main building, very new and spacious. I have to say this hotel is value for money and good if you plan to stay for a weekend. It is very affordable and value for money. One very attractive point about the hotel is its choices of swimming pools, and the set up is very warm and relaxing. Great weekend spent at the Prima.

spacious room, quiet neighborhood ”
pros: inexpensive, spacious room, quiet neighborhood and beach area, friendly staff, 7-11 next door,a much better and more expensive hotel across the street through which you can get to the beach within 5 mins. cons: far from walking street and boyz town, shopping center, swimming pool under construction, 100bht for 24 hour wifi. suggestion: great for family, esp. traveling with kids; but too far for those seeking sexy shows:)

Good location, I love bathroom”
Strength 1 Good location. Able to walk to the beach. Located opposite Centara Grand Mirage Pattaya 2 Small hotel but have a nice interior room design especially bathroom. 3 Have beachfront restaurant named RimTaLay where you can stay chill with delicious menu Weak/comment 1 The other side of hotel has no view :( ask staff first before take RSVN. 2 Some of staff should be more formal to customer but the other is ok (พนักงานคนหนึ่งเรียกแขกว่า น้องๆ ! At least, he should call me 'excuse me, miss' instead of 'hey sis' ????
