Excellent hotel ”

It is great choice for having stayed in this excellent 5 star hotel. We had a great experience for one, our rooms got upgraded to junior suite. Services from the reception, food & attendants were superb. Well maintained & very clean hotel. Highly recommend your stay will provide you with great & memorable experience worth your money. Cleanness and location ”

H72 is has excellent view of khalid lake, walking distance (3 minutes) to Alnoor Masjid, and 4minute to different fast food, on the back of hotel some excellent Arabic food, supermarket. Parking is free in hotel. Rooms with view ate called superior which are a little more expensive.

The location is perfect and the view is superb. Nice quiet building with super clean specious rooms and bathrooms. It's perfect for a business Traveller. The food is good with a great in-room service. Mohammed at the front desk was very helpful with a great smile and the right attitude to help. I will come back to stay for sure.

excellent view, good food, clean building, super clean rooms with big space, value for the money, excellent and very helpful staff with the right attitude to always smile and help. Mohammed at the front desk showed a great deal of support, with a great smile always and was very helpful. He made my stay easy in Sharjah... I will be back to stay at Hotel 72 for sure.

Short trip to Sharjah”

Great hotel”

Everything was great except for one thing.. i booked through agoda and received a confirmation email when i arrived at the hotel they said they did not receive my booking from the 3rd party agency so they wanted to relocate me to another hotel which the i was fraustrated but after few tries they were able to give me a room.

definitely no 5 star”

It seems that recently a new building was put up next to the hotel. This means that on one side of the hotel every room looks out onto a wall, less than 2 meters from the windows. This means no day light and the lighting has not been adjusted accordingly so it is always dark in your room. I was on the top floor (8) and I can only imagine how dark it is lower down. It was advertised as "City view". Well the view was very CLOSE up. I also had a faulty air conditioner and although I complained 5 times over 3 days it was not fixed and I was not offered another room. If you are booking because of the swimming pool, DONT the women times are mid day. Families in the morning and Men in the afternoon and evening. So it is only open for women when you are not in the hotel. Definitely NOT a 5 star experience

We ordered lake view room, but 1st night the staff gave us city view claiming that there is no room available or pay more where the reservation wasn't refundable, then we contacted agoda customer service where later this issue resolved. بالرغم من تاكيد الحجز طاقم الفندق لم يوفر غرفة الاطلالة على البحيرة و عللوا بذلك انه لاتوجد غرف او يلزمنا الدفع اكثر و هنا تواصلنا مع خدمة عملاء موقع أجودا و اجبروهم على تغيير الغرفة في الليالي التالية

they did not give me the room which i booked”

although i have a conformed booking they did not give me the room which i have booked ; claiming that it is not avilable ; very bad from five star hotel ; i did not like it ; that is why i gave poor rating ; the room light very dull as well.

i use to stay in this hotel always but this time didn't like it bathroom was not clean,staff was not friendly at all and they ask as to pay 500 DHR for deposit and we ask them why as we are regular customer and this the first time the staff was not happy to answering us
