Excellent accommodation and service”

We enjoyed an excellent stay at the Dan Panorama. The hotel management accommodated an extra bed in one of our rooms upon arrival. The rooms were clean and cmfortable - the mattresses really comfortable. Very nice touch to welcome us with a bottle of wine and some fruit. We thoroughly enjoyed the breakfasts each morning with a selection of fresh salads, fruits and pastries. The location suited us well with easly access to the main routes, the Bahai and a Japanese museum and a tresure of a jeweller's shop down the road. sSaff professional and friendly. All in all a first rate experience. Thank you

some room for improvements”

We overall liked the hotel but were disappointed with a few things. The air conditioner did not work in the room. When we called the front desk, we were instructed to open the window but the strong winds (Sharav winds) kept blowing it shut. It got terribly stuffy. I would expect a hotel at this level to have working air conditioners in the rooms. The public spaces however were freezing. The bathroom, although it had ample space for out toiletries — a sore point in many other hotels — had absolutely no ventilation what so ever and all our things got soaked with steam. Also the glass folding partition did not stop the shower water from flooding the floor when taking a longer than 2-minutes shower. The bathroom itself has a stylish frosted glass door that has to be pulled like a pocket door to close. It is cool looking but leaves enough space between the door and the wall for sounds and other things to escape… otherwise, the beds were very comfortable. The room was equipped with a little kitchen that made things very convenient. The breakfast was beautiful with excellent service but I was hoping for some Israeli food like Hummus, Pittas and chopped Israeli Salad. Decaffeinated coffee should be available freshly brewed at this level. Instead, we were offered instant decaffeinated coffee pocks and hot water.

Front desk Staff is pleasant , but disorganized. Needs more professional training. Received different answers to same question!!! Room was small and awkwardly shaped.Certain that there are better rooms for same price. A bit run down and shabby for the high price of rooms. Advertised that there would be free pick-up at Ben Gurion.....not so!!

Wonderful hotel”

dan panorama is really a good hotel chain.. as the e-dan member, received a the gift when i check in.. very good breakfast. but , wifi is not free.. 70 nis per 24 hours.

Bel Hotel”

L'hotel est bien situé sur le Mont Carmel qui reste le coin le plus agréable de Haifa et proche des jardins de Baia, qui restent vraiment le seul point d'interet de cette ville (qui en manque cruellement). A mon avis, cet hotel est bien mais gagnerai à etre rénové (la déco semble dater des années 80) et les petit-dejeuners restent en dessous du standard des hotels équivalents en israel.

יפהפה, מיקום מעולה אך יקר מדי עבור מה שמקבלים”

המלון נפלא מהרבה בחינות - נוף, מיקום, שירות, עיצוב ועוד. הדברים היחידים שהפריעו לנו היו שהחדר היה הרבה יותר מדי יקר בשביל גודלו. ציפינו לחדר גדול יותר עבור הסכום הגבוה ששילמנו. והמים בבריכה היו קפואים למרות שהיה חם מאד בחוץ. באנו עם ילד קטן ובנינו על הבריכה מה שירד מהפרק אחרי שטבלנו אצבעות... חוץ מזה באמת שמלון ברמה גבוהה מאד ושירות מהיר ונפלא.

חיפה הפתיעה אותי לטובה”

.חיפה יפיפיה. המלון נקי ומסודר. והצוות מדהים מדהים מדהים. בהחלט אחזור לחיפה ולמלון. נהניתי מאוד והופתעתי מאוט לטובה מיופיה ומכמה יש לעשות ולראות בחיפה... מומלץ בחום להתארח במלון דן פנורמה.המיקום מעולה. יש בעיה יחידה של חניה בתשלום מתחת למלון.

ארוחת הבוקר הייתה מפנקת, בערב לפני הזמנו שירות חדרים אולם חל בלבול והם היו צריכים להחליף לנו את המנות. שידרגו אותנו לסוויטה. הנוף מהמם. חבל שאין נחיה חינם לאורחי המלון. יש לשלם 40 ש"ח ליום ואי אפשר להוציא את האוטו.
