Lovely hotel, brilliant location staff mostly helpful and friendly ”

Really great hotel in fab position all staff outstanding and really friendly apart from one lady on reception with red hair who was quite unhelpful and grumpy . Would have liked the bar to stay open past 12 for residents but that is only a small thing. Breakfast fantastic we would definitely return

Really nice ,modern hotel with everythink you need. Good breakfast, nice restaurant, (polish food is amazing) was nice to spend every evenning at the pool(little bit cold area but was ok:)) While we sat at the restaurant we could see ont tv what our 4y.o kid doing at the playroom. Old town just on the corner(2min walk) We were here 4 days and no complanes:)and will come back for sure:)

Second time at this lovely hotel, we were alllcated room 412 on the top floor it was beautiful and very spacious, only minor complaint been the towels were a little hard and perhaps need replacing. Love the pool and small gym, the sauna wasn’t working during my stay but this wasn’t too much of an issue. Lovely location just a 5 minute walk from the centre. Very good breakfast and snacks in the bar area. Will definitely be returning this hotel for my next visit to Gdansk.

Amazing”

Perfect location, 5 minutes walking from the centre. The style is very fancy, everything looks new and modern. My room was perfect, it was cleaned up every single day which is appreciable. The breakfast buffet is really good with a large choice of food and beverages. And finally, the swimming pool is amazing. Also, rooms and neighborhood are very quiet. I loved the experience and would love to go there again.

Free apples at the reception, cocktail bar, gym, etc. Only thing about the room was that it was quite small. Not easy to find street parking if you arrive late.

The Hotel is very elegant and clean. I loved all the common places and in particular the pool with the sauna. The position is perfect if you want to walk and visit the centre on foot and the staff is absolutely nice! Speaking about breakfast: a huge series of sweet and salt options was served everyday. I am in love with this place and I am sure I will come back as soon as I can!!

The hotel was really good, all the staff very helpful . Very good position just short walk into old town. Great massage, one of the best I have had. Breakfast menu great, lots of choice. Terrific breakfast pack to take on the train as we had early start. Thoroughly recommend, lovely place to stay. Alison and Mike Williams

Nice hotel”

We were a couple staying at this hotel for three nights in beginning of June 2018. Location of the hotel is quite good; it is placed just a couple of hundred meters / a few minutes walk outside the old town / main tourist area. Breakfast was included in our stay, and the breakfast was very good with egg and bacon, salads, yogurts, breads etc. Swimming pool area was nice and clean. Room and bathroom was nice and clean with new look, comfortable beds and good air conditioning system. Only thing to complain about was: -There was no waste bin in the room (just a very small one in the bathroom), so waste had to be placed on the floor. -There was no bottle opener in the room -The minibar-fridge was very small and with very poor cooling capacity, so we could not cool for example bottles of soda or similar All in all, we will definitively recommend this hotel and we would stay here again.

We have just come back from Gdansk and had a very pleasant stay at the Sadova hotel. Very modern, clean and well located. An absolute highlight was the breakfast with plenty of choice for hot and continental food. Delicious coffees. Highly recommended!

Excellent stay”

Lovely new hotel, friendly staff, excellent room and bathroom, very clean, wonderful breakfast and great location, lovely pool. Staff were very helpful. Slight negatives, no safe in the room, a safety deposit box was available at reception but rather inconvenient. Only a very small sauna which was always really busy and a small gym but it did the job. The curtain wasn’t quite wide enough to cover the window so light beamed in at 5.30 in the morning but this wasn’t a major issue. Overall excellent and I would love to come back one day.

Quick Getaway”

This hotel was in a great location (10 minute walk into the center of town) and had a great buffet breakfast. The pool was great too however it could get crowded really quickly and the sauna was tiny! 2 ppl at a time max though that didn't stop some people! I had booked months in advance and had requested a room higher up away from noise however on our arrival we were told it was the 1st level, right beside the elevators, just above the entry-so could get quite noisy and they said there was nothing they could do about that which seemed quite unfair to me as I had made the booking ages ago. The reception desk could have better customer service and some of the front desk staff need to park the attitude. Overall not really a 4 star hotel, maybe a high 3 but still enjoyable.

The hotel is in great location and excels in everything. The included breakfast was excellent. Try to get it during reservations. The price at the hotel for breakfast is 50zl per person that is a bit expensive.

I travelled to many hotels but this was the best ever: the best breakfast, everything you could wish for; friendly, efficient personnel. Excellent small swimming pool and sauna. Room was very quiet, cleaned and new.Absolutely recommended

Wow!!! Amazing hotel”

5 minutes walk from the Old City. Clean and modern hotel. Breakfast is varied and rich. On the day of departure we got a really good breakfast box. We received a smartphone with free internet and free calls, which helped us a lot. The hotel staff is courteous, patient and polite. Worth the price definitely

Very nice breakfast selection with traditional foods. Staff was very nice and helpful. We had a small economy double which was just the right size, I was very pleased. I was impressed by the bathroom, really nice style and the mirror was just lovely (need one like this in my life). However the pool was a bit cold and the sauna is on the small size so if it's crowded you will need to swim in the semi-cold water. The pool has a strictly no alcohol policy but there was a bunch of drunk guys with cans of beer who probably sneaked the drinks in, it made me slightly uncomfortable. The lobby is very stylish, we spent quite o bit of time there before our flight, the wifi is free everywhere and the signal was good. The hotel is located near the city centre ,maybe 7 mins walk to all the bars and restaurants. I recommend going to the restaurant Barylka, amazing steaks and shrimps!

Just Perfect”

I don't usually do reviews but feel i have to on this occasion. This hotel was just fantastic, very modern , good location just 10 mins walk to town. Staff were very helpful and the breakfast was amazing, catered for everyone. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it

Lovely Stay”

Hotel is ideally situated within a 5 minute walk to the centre, in a peaceful location for a lovely nights sleep. The facilities at the hotel were superb! Pool and sauna are such a bonus and great as we visited in the winter and it was extremely cold outside! Cleanliness was 100% and breakfast was amazing so much to choose from! Only problem we had was out or shower did not drain and at one point the bathroom flooded! We had to change rooms however this seemed like fuss to them and they did not appreciate that moving and packing luggage to move ate into our last evening in Gdansk and we struggled to find food places (they like to chuck you out by half 10 in the centre) as a result we cut it fine and out last evening was a little stressful it would have been nice to at least have a complimentary drink or something just to acknowledge the room flooding was not our fault! However all in lovely stay and would 100% return and recommend!

Nice clean hotel near old town”

Very good breakfast. Clean nice room. 10minutes walk to the Old Town. The double bed was too small for two persons for my taste. Minibar didn't work. Otherwise everything worked nicely and pool in the spa area was nice with a infrared sauna.
