Very Poor Service”

This is supposed to be the "best" hotel and wheelchair accessible. However, it is only accessible if the elevators are working. If there is no electricity, the hotel staff need to run the generator. I had to go down the stairs (and up again)...no less than 5 times during our one night stay to ask them (and beg them) to run the generator. The room became so hot and stuffy we could not sleep and they still refused to run the generator...but...hey, they were nice enough to let us borrow a flashlight!! We paid $40 for this kind of treatment. Our friend paid half that amount at another guest house in town and of course as soon as the electricity went off, the guest house ran the generator. Every other hotel (simple or upscale) runs their generator when the power goes off. The policy of this hotel is disgraceful. Go to Lily the Home where my friend stayed (for half the price) if you want electricity.

Shower good water flow ,but there is water leak under the screen door causing wet floor around the toilet , nice breakfast many varieties of food to choose to eat.

Fantastic hotel”

Undoubtedly the best hotel in Hsipaw. The hotel is exceptionally clean, the staff are extremely helpful. The breakfast was the best so far as it is cooked to order. They provide free use of cycles and organise trips and ongoing travel arrangements. The room is spacious with comfy beds and pillows. The bathroom is spotless with hot water. The a/c is great. I would liken the rooms to any 4* in London.

Excellent hôtel ”

Nous sommes venus à 2 reprises dans cet hôtel très récent, d'une propreté irréprochable. Accueil personnalisé par mr.Hla qui est vraiment très serviable et nous a aidé dans nos démarches. Cuisine au restaurant très bonne. Petit déjeuner sous forme de buffet excellent.

전반적인 시설이 좋으며 청결함 직원들도 매우 친절함 위치는 번화가에서 약간 떨어져있으나 걸어서 5분 가량이라 크게 멀지는 않고 기차역도 700m쯤. 그러나 밤에는 약간 무서울 수도 일음. 아침식사는 주문식으로 무난한 편임. 온수가 나오는데까지 시간이 좀 필요하지만 수압은 양호함. 가장 큰 단점은 와이파이가 너무 느림. 객실이 1층이었는데 와이파이는 없다고 생각하는게 편할 정도였음. 와이파이 문제 제외하고는 훌륭한 호텔임.

호텔측에 미리 연락해 새벽 3시 early check in 할 수 있도록 해둔 상황이었으나 인레에서 버스 사정으로 생각보다 늦게 호텔이 도착했는데, 리셉션 직원이 환하게 웃으며 새벽부터 저를 기다리고있었다고하며 반갑게 맞아주어서 16시간동안 버스에서 누적된 피로가 모두 풀리며 호텔이 마음에들기 시작했습니다. 후기가 없는 호텔이라 조금 걱정은 됐지만 방은 사진처럼 너무너무 깨끗했고, 창도 크고 주변에 시야가 가릴만한 높은 건물이 하나도 없어서 너무 좋았고, 저의 질문&요구사항등에 항상 빠르고 친절히 응대해주어서 예정보다 하루 더 머물게 되었습니다. 물론 일층 커피숍이 아직 오픈 전이었고 ‘호텔’이라고 불릴만한 편의시설은 조금 미흡하지만, 미얀마 게다가 시뽀에서 이정도의 호텔이라면 최고라고 생각합니다.
