A bit unhappy”

Pros - relaxing place but quite old. Cons - poor property management. Room service takes too much time to provide our request. And receptionist looks like she doesn't know what she's saying. Whenever we ask something she'll say "I don't know"

Great staff, very friendly and courteous”

I had called few days before booking and made queries with the office. Joanna, the office receptionist was patient and extremely helpful in addressing those. Mr. Ayman, the front office manager was very courteous. He took the pains of dropping my luggage to the car when the bell boy was assisting another guest. The hotel is quite old, good value for money. Good for a short break!

family vacation”

It was good vacation for the whole family specially the kids. We have couple of notice, we were in 2 bedroom villa, if it was with 2 bathroom it would be perfect. Second, trees in back yard need to be cut or trimmed. Last if you can provide the guests with full activities table (like what to do or what actives we have) with timing and prices in the rooms or hand it to them up on check in, so they can plan their stay, and enjoy their time in the hotel. Overall we had good time and the hotel crew were very supportive. Note: we had 7 villas with 2 bedrooms. Kind regards Abdulla Al-Shabibi

The best and affordable rates”

one to one hotel is the best place to stay after a very tiring week. I love the recreation area and the staff were so friendly. I really wanna go back there again and again and the rates I wish it will always be affordable esp like us which earning only on middle type. I love the villa and everything. The cleanliness I can't say any thing bad that's all

Nice stay at a quiet place, good for camping”

We stayed in this this hotel twice as we loved to stay at quiet places. This hotel is kind of a resort with wall-bound campus. We booked two-bedroom villa which is spacious & clean. It has well maintained garden with full of bi trees, a man-made river with boating facility, different dining options, a heritage village & nice fountain in front of reception. You can park your car in front of your villa. Only problem we have faced is delay in room service. As the villas are far away from reception or restaurant, you have to call for any room service well in advance. Otherwise, our experience is really worth sharing. You may have very good option for camping with group of friends here.

Comfortable stay in a quiet surrounding”

Everything nice, but you must have a car.The villas are quite far away from the main building, and that is nice becaese there is no noise disturbance from the restaurant /live music in the open/. As said, very confortable villa,

A pleasant stay away from the City”

This hotel isn't in Al Ain but rather 20 - 25 Km away from the city centre a good 20 - 25 minutes in a taxi. There is a bus 990 that goes right to the Hotel from the City centre and you can't miss the stop as the bus goes into the compound. It only costs 2 Durhams and it runs every half an hour. There is a wonderful circular canal you can spend 20 minutes walking around near the old boating lake and part ofthe \hotel's extended grounds. It is beautiful at sunset. The swimming pool must be 30 metres long and is excellent. Breakfast is very good, but not cheap. All in all a great place if you want to be away from the City for a few days. .

Ideally located for Wadi Adventure-out of town ”

Slightly dated hotel, well out of town & very spread out. Staff attentive. This would make a great base for family holiday: handy for Wadi Adventure, Green Mubazzarah & Jebal Hafeet and hotel/resort has large grounds & facilities. Room was upgraded on arrival to a villa with huge sitting room. A/C rather noisy,and poor selection of TV channels. Room service took ages and food was consequently less than piping hot-but otherwise good quality and wide choice. Sadly the area around is under development so Hotel likely to lose its rather olde-worlde charm.

One to One Hotel served our purpose which was to be close to the wadi wave pool in Al Ain. The staff were helpful and friendly. Hotel room was quite large and very clean with very comfortable bed. Breakfast served in dining was buffet and plentiful.

Good stay but far from city”

The stay was nice and the 2-bed rooms villas are spacious for the family. However, the hotel is difficult to find and far from the city/services. Additionally, the villas are located far away from the reception - one needs to drive from the villa to reception if the access card does not work!

Very comfortable 2 room villa. The kids enjoyed staying in the resort. It was fabulous if an extra toilet was provided in the villa instead of one bathroom with 2 rooms.

Things I liked are like the staff where friendly the outdoor pool was great. Corridor nicely decorated, reception was good also overall it was good but would be happy if below were improved. I saw left over food (from customer) near stairs going to pool for hours unattended, I didnot enjoy the bed i.e. mattress were larger then bed itself kind of disturbing, could hear sounds in and out of rooms (neighbors through wall of my room) disturbing again. Dusty Chairs left unattended under stairs. Also had to carry items myself to and from room/car

It is a lovely property no doubt. The issue is that the place looked deserted. Not of the facilities were active with the exception of the pool. It has the potential to be great. Do hope they get everything up and running. They have a horse riding stable in the property which is not owned by the hotel. That was the best part of the trip. Also extremely close to Wadi Adventure

I have booked through Agoda as all photos and advertisment looked beautiful and the best place to spend a long weekend, nothing they promised l, advertised is available (duck lake, ladies pool, quad biking, horse riding..etc) All facilities are closed except for the pool The place looks abandoned and even the fountin is dirty, no view I regret booking with them even if it is cheap !!! No way we are coming here again. It's too bad I advise all people not to come to this place.
