Functional”

Overall, this was a fairly cheap hotel for a single evening, and as such it was fine. The place is starting to feel a touch tired all round, whilst the room was ok, the carpets were a bit dirty and things were not quite as nice and tidy as they could have be. Facilities in the gym were great, and the swimming area was what you would expect, there were broken slats in the sauna and the changing facilities needed a really deep clean as there was a not great smell. If you're looking for something practical and cheap, this will be perfect, if you're looking for a really nice hotel for a few days away I'd suggest you probably look for somewhere else.

VIP Stay”

It's worthy to relax all day and night at the VIP room. The delivery of requests were served on-time. The floor has its own Cafe. Meanwhile, the internet connection was poor on that time, but the facilities, the color and interior of the room was so inviting to enjoy my stay.

Incrível”

This is a perfect location for me. I was displaced from my home while some repairs were being done. I appreciate that business colleagues and friends were able to enter the hotel without being harassed by security.

It was overall good stay”

Everyone keep in mind that you will not get stove even if you are booking room with kitchen. Stove is provided only to those who have longer stay of almost a month. Furniture is outdated and needs to be change. All the rooms are fully carpeted and as per my view it should not be carpeted due to hygiene reasons.

Considered as the last stay”

Everything went awful when upon check-in, I was informed by the receptionist for another ID since the booking is good for two. Though I advised them to be submitted if my friend would come, the receptionist insisted, should be at the same time. I recalled the last reminder as " if they would see or notice that more than two guests in the room, somebody will knock on the door" - this surprised me and thought I had a bad records with them already.

I reach at hotel 15:00 PM and got my 4 rooms after 45 minutes it was really bad ”

I requested 4 suits rooms non/ smoking but I got smoking room and very bad smile old room I'll not stay next time and this hotel and not recommended to anyone as this conditions. It's look like 2 stars hotel I'm sorry.

The location is near services and near mall and staff very friendly but usually when I book this hotel they give room in tower 1 - the has Hotel in three towers and I think the third is better I want to know what differents

Value for money”

Value for money , one the best 4 star hotel in ajman . swimming pool & gym is available for free . massage facility is also available ... I love the food in this hotel specially a breakfast . and the food which you ordered to to your room they serve it in big portion. Daily bus tour to most of the malls in ajman and dubai . Came to the negative points : Need a drive to dubai Some rooms are looking darks.

Very good price wise ”

It is in good location and a big room with sitting room, plenty space. We stayed for 8 nights and enjoyed it. However its staff customer service is not professional as required for hotel job as they take many customers once in a time. Staff will work with. customer but other customer will break the line and staff will leave the customer who is in line and will work with that customer. In this way the customer in line will stand for a long time. I request the management to please strictly follow the rules of line and the customer without line should not be taken and he/ she should be asked to wait for their turn.

Ramada Ajman”

I checked in early morning on 15th of September, while check in the reception did not inform us about re-innovation & construction in the floor just above us. I requested to stop the noise, since drilling & hammering are just on my head, which make me to wake up in the morning on a holiday day! The management were not supporting and lousy in dealing with the customers. They should not offer rooms near the construction area, but hotel management is either do not care or not qualify in hotel management and guest relation. I don't recommend this hotel at all. I raised complaint to AGODA, since my booking was by them, and told me we're not informed by the hotel about the construction.

Disappointing Front Desk Staffs”

The front desk staffs really need to be told or taught that they are the main and the first impression of the hotel. Most of the front desk staffs not friendly and not even smile or great you. They are also quite slow especially at the time of check in.

Great service and Quality size rooms.”

Came for a 10 days and ended up staying for 30 days. Enjoyed the stay and the Staff is fantastic. I will surly stay here again. Price was very reasonable. a taxi can take you to the ocean when you want. Away from the big crowed.

Nice hotel”

We booked 2 apartments as we have the kids with us. The rooms are nice and clean. Facilities are great except for there is no rice cooker and stove. We bought one for us to cook. Playground for the kids is available. There is also an indoor swimming pool available and the kids really enjoy it. A gym is also there but we did not use it. All in all, this hotel I very good and we may come again in the future. A mall is also nearby for shopping and food.

Great value for money”

Very good place, and excellent value for money. This hotel is by far the best in Ajman within the AED250 range. Before you enter the hotel, the surrounding exterior is clean and neat. Once inside the hotel, you find that the lobby is inviting. Once in the room, I was very pleased with its size and amenities. Yes, they need a few things to be fixed here and there, but overall, a great room.

Fantastic ”

We stayed in the deluxe double suite room and had a huge bed, living room area with dining table and decent sized kitchenette with microwave and kettle. Had a very pleasant stay and loved the shuttle bus service which takes you to the hotels private beach section on the beach every two hours on a daily basis. Also loved the shuttle bus service which runs to either Dubai Mall or Deira City Centre twice a day every day. Would certainly recommend this hotel as it is in a very relaxed area. There's also a huge supermarket in the building next to the hotel which has everything you could possibly need. The hotel offers an airport pick up service at an extra cost of you wish to put a request in, thank you Pramod for arranging that by email. The staff are all happy to help, for some reason the male staff were more welcoming and smiling than the female staff and I could not understand why but that's the only negative I can think of. Thank you to Kashif and the other Asian gentleman (his name I think began with M..) who were very helpful to us during our stay. I would happily return!

GREAT STAY”

After a delay at airport, called them to let them know i was running late. On arrival, they were waiting with my details with a speedy check in just what you need after a long delayed flight. Rooms cleaned every day to high standard even though some day i did not leave my room till after four. Great stay. Well dome ramanda for getting it right.

Lovely hotel with nice building structure”

Ramada Hotel and Suit ,Ajman,first time there,very clean,staff lovely,every time on help what do you want,rooms suit very great,living room,dining place,the room with queen bad room I like to much,bathrooms likes a room..shower the best,kitchenette no plates but no problem..also very good, I like free shuttle service to beach and most important shopping malls in Ajman.Sarjah,Dubai.
