Lovely Place”

This hotel is very pleasant with a really nice swimming pool and spacious room. It is mostly wheelchair accessible, but one step to the platform and one step into the room. Bring your own bathchair if needed. The restaurant is not accessible...several steps, but you can have the food brought to your room. The staff were pleasant and helpful, but almost all slim girls. We needed a couple of men to help with the heavy wheelchair.

Mountain retreat”

Could see golden rock in background. Hugh pool. Very clean. Only no service for drinks up there. Room clean. Service good. Table & chairs outside room a bonus. Good value. Not far from truck station to go to golden rock.

A quiet and clean place at the base of a mountain and along the route to the Golden Rock”

Pros: the room was immaculate and resort-quality; good selection of breakfast options include Myanmar and Chinese, and fresh fruits; a staff person gave me a rise on his scooter (3min, or 10min by walk) to the transport station to the Rock Con: Can't think of any.

Extremely friendly staff and comfortable room”

We were backpacking and not part of a booked tour and the staff were very helpful with booking bus transfers etc. The location is hard to reach when traveling without a bus tour, we had to do a couple of pickup and taxi rides. The room was comfortable.

Excelente”

Stayed at Eternity many times. The owners are very helpful and welcoming, they have given us early check in and late check out whenever it was possible. The staff does understand English and is doing a great job. Very clean rooms. Can fully recommend this Hotel.

Wonderful!”

Loved this place. Warm, friendly staff. Clean, large and confortable rooms. The best surprise was the fantastic *hot* shower - so good after a long day. Super close to town, but far enough that it stays quiet. Can't recommend enough!

Spacious & clean room”

A good place to stay to have a quiet and relaxed evenings. About 15 min walk to truck station when heading Golden Rock. Hotel provides shuttle too. Accommodation: Meet all basic needs. Spacious, clean and tidy. Provides hair dryer. They do not provide toiletries but we are fine as we brought ours during trips. Suggest you have dinner in hotel. Nice ambience and food quality is better than the small town. Reasonably priced for guests. Staff provide good service and are helpful

Great resort”

The room is clean and comfortable. Free transport to the truck service for Golden Rock Pagoda and also to bus terminal. Staffs are friendly. Wifi is good. Breakfast is simple but just nice. Only thing is the bedsheet used for King size bed is not big enough. Can see Golden Rock from below.

this hotel is good if you want to visit golden rock, hotel provide free shuttle to town and also to the truck station for going to golden rock. staff are very good and helpful. hotel is very quiet, but just lots of insects there.

Short but Pleasant Stay”

Staff were very friendly and helpful - there were a couple of occasions I needed a ride to the bus station (one to the Golden Rock, another out of town) and both times they managed to get me a ride. The hotel is ten minutes away from the town centre by foot, but very walkable if you do not mind.

AMAZING! the staff is so amazing! they are so pro-active, highly informative, so thoughtful, and always exceed expectation! the room is spacious and clean, so closely located by the foothill of the golden rock. hotel provides free pick-up services, and again, the staff is superb!

Friendly hotel”

The manager and the staff are very helpful and friendly. It is my third time to stay in this hotel.The place is silent, room is clean and tidy. The facilities are simple but it is enough for all your basic needs. It is a good place for relax. I would like to recommend my friends who would like to visit Golden Rock should stay here. Best choice at all.

Comfortable”

A ten minute walk out of town (just past the truck inspection station). The bungalows are set in the back of the property away from the road so very quiet. Room is a little characterless but clean and comfortable. TV small with poor speakers and not much choice. Shower is good but the hot water did run out on the second shower for our room. Bottom bed sheet doesn't cover bottom of mattress - weird. Staff handle English quite well and are very helpful. Veranda with a couple of chairs. Good air con! Wifi a bit slow and although not their fault the power fails quite often (good generator backup) which means you have to re-login with user name and password, seems trivial but is a nuisance when the Connection is so slow. Despite what may seem like a lot of negatives I'd highly recommend.

Exceptionally nice staff, overall a good choice”

Located at the foot of the hill where the Golden Rock pagoda stands, Eternity resort is a nice and clean hotel, animated by exceptionally nice staff. A really good choice for a short stay at Khathiyo. I'll return there for my next visit (I'm an expat living in Myanmar).

Clean new hotel”

Although it is far from the town center, this hotel is a good place to stay with all facilities you needed. The room was very clean and had large space. TV in the room also surprisingly had one Thai Channel to watch, Channel Nine. The staffs were friendly,helpful and professionally trained.

Excellent value”

We stayed for only one night, the room was large, very clean, bright and comfortable. The bathroom was very well equipped and good hot water supply. The location is 5 mins walk from the bus station. The breakfast was very good and the staff very attentative. We were taken to the bus and also into the town free to get our transport to the mountain. The location is very peaceful, we would highly recommend. The Internet was average but we have experienced far worse.

Amazing - best accommodations over a 2wk period”

I loved this place - upon arrival 2 young girls (seems everyone who works in Myanmar are young!) were quick to set us up with our room. We were given green tea upon arrival and seated as they got us checked in. I found it funny that the younger of the 2 wanted to carry my backpack which seemed bigger than her! The service was really quite good. We were shuttled to the center of town to take the pickup to Golden Rock and also when we left the hotel. The vegetarian food in the restaurant was quite good (so was breakfast) and service great. It was a bit hard to find - it's actually on the same road headed to the Golden Rock and past the gates where the pickups go through as they head to the Rock... we walked from the bus stop in town and if we actually knew where we were going at the beginning it wouldn't have been too long. Rooms were very spacious and washrooms well done. The hotel grounds also look nice but they seem to be continuing to develop it.

It was the best room we got in Myanmar. Room furniture is new, wide, convenient and nicely fitted. Staffs are very helpful, offer ride back/forth to bus station, carry your luggage and shelter you under umbrella. wifi is so-so bathroom is great and modern its just a bit far from bus station though, 10-20mins walk

Good place to stay ”

Friendly staffs , cleanliness, they provided other service like restaurant for dinner with Thai cuisine , swimming pool, garden . The place is big with great scenery , it's the mountain view at the swimming pool. I think the resort is gave a high standard compare with other place in the same area. You can visit the golden rock while you also have a convenient place to take a rest and spend the great time in this village.

We already canceled one reservation with officially confirmed document.A lady front desk staff insisted that she didn’t see it .So we were threatened to pay for a room even we had the canceled document in our hands.This lady was so unprofessional and impolite.
