Awwwwwwwful, but is the price that is. For stay a couple of hours until the trek... Probably is better to stay in a teahouse 😂😂.

Good but not as good as expected”

I would say nothing out of the ordinary, except when the room description shows a shower, we didn't expect a shared shower. Facilities were clean.

Very near the Hsipaw Bus stop and train stations but inconsistent room information”

YeeShin Guesthouse is very accessible from the bus stop and even to the train station if you wanted to go take one for the Goteik Viaduct. There is only one restroom and one toilet per floor which I think may be a problem if there are a lot of guests. The one thing that is quite upsetting is the information that they have on their room. I booked a room that says in the facilities has "Airconditon", but when I arrived there's none. I insisted about it, but they were adamant, and so I had to ask for Agoda support to resolve the issue and I eventually got my refund. Would have been a better stay if not of that hiccup. Still I recommend the place for being clean and the breakfast is good!

Cheap but rooms quite disappointing ”

Breackfast was ok but the rooms conditions could be better, they are old. Staff not really usefull since they play the phone all the time

No sleep”

Noisy street outside - quiet in the night but noisy from 5.00 and "paper walls" so you can hear every tourist group checking in at the same time. If you don ´t mind, it is a good place, but for me good sleep is an essential.

Quite loud and uncomfortable”

The small room was dingy, smelt of mildew and urine, and the bed was hard and sheets and pillow were stained. The hotel is located on a busy road with a bus station right below. The street was loud with people until late, and the traffic continued through the night, getting very loud again at 5am. The breakfast was good.

Its too LOUD”

We stayed in a room with attached bathroom. So were traveling since a few months and we stayed in a few louder locations, but THAT was something new. It's like you're laying on the street, the is no sound protection at all. The big trucks are going the whole night back and forward and it is just impossible to sleep. The breakfast is ok, my partner had the rice, that was ok. I had the tofu salad and that was not eatible. Seriously it was gross. The staff is really friendly though

Okay for budget travel”

- Free pick up from railway station - Room was okay but old building - Bathroom outside the building - Hotel infront the main road, so its very noisy at night and in the morning, i cant sleep. - I woke up late around 920am, missed my breakfast that day - Wifi fast

To much traffic, to loud to sleep”

Cheap rooms, but most of the rooms with a bed are in front of the guesthouse and you really cant sleep because of the traffic.. hygiene is not so good, most of the showers dont work. Staff from the breakfast are really friendly, receptionstaff can be more friendly and helpfull...

Basic. Staff and food are nice”

The location is good, facilities are basic. A bit noisy earlier in the evening but later was fine. Breakfast is delicious.

the room is separented by board, and the windown face to the road, so it's noise of other rooms and outside cars, motors. shower room in the yard and only three drops of water. the staff not good really, no hot water, no drink water and talks angry. anyway, really not recommended.

Nice place”

The place is very good value for money. We stayed in a double bed with shower. Nice and clean, try to choose the rooms of the backyard, more quiet that the front one. Very nice staff, very helpful. Nice breakfast with different 5 options. Good WiFi. No complains.

The staff is very helpful and nice and breakfast was good. We even got some free food. Rooms are quite dirty, but staying that, the room is cheap.

Noisy, cold and small room”

- Noisy - Very cold during the night (thin walls) - Extremely small room (no actual bed, just mattress on the floor and no place to even put luggage) - We booked more expensive room and they gave us the cheapest one. - Breakfast took long time to prepare even though it was pre-ordered (30 mins). + Clean room + Clean shared bathroom + Decent breakfast + Good location in the town center

Please get better wifi!”

I changed to a different hotel in Hsipaw because the wifi in this hostel is too slow, most of the time impossible to surf the internet.
