Stayed here for a week, originally booked just a few days and extended because we liked it. Location is good: not too close to chewang busy strip to be noise and not too far either. Easily walkable within a few minutes. Just across the main road to the beach. Lots of restaurants nearby. Plus facilities such as washing services and scooter/car hire. Room: lovely spacious room, has huge bathroom and is super clean. Fridge, kettle etc and balcony which is nice. The cleaners are amazing, they’re super friendly and cleaned the room daily for us/topped up tea, coffee, water and toiletries. They also don’t ask to clean too early if you’re sleeping which is nice. Bed is comfortable and extra pillows etc provided. Aircon works really good. Staff: As I have said the cleaners are really nice. But also gardeners, security and reception staff were all friendly to us and super helpful. We booked a taxi at 4am to go to the airport through the hotel, not only was it early, he was ready and waiting at quarter too, they took our bags etc and wished us a safe trip, this was super nice of them considering the ungodly hour. Outside: pool is a cute little spot, very clean and clearly new. Car park is useful in you need it and secure as has security 24/7. Over all I couldn’t fault this hotel, especially for the incredibly cheap price we paid. If I had to be super picky I would say the gym needs updated equipment, but still good to have the gym there and free use is awesome. It’s also not a social place if you’re travelling solo, but definitely worth the money if you fancy a little ‘budget luxury’ for a similar price to a hostel.

Cleaning staff, Ann is so friendly despite language barrier. Receptionist also tried her best to answer my questions through google translate. Pool is nice with view of the mountains. Walking distance to Muay Thai stadium and Chaweng beach bar Seen area.

Great stay in Chaweng”
I had a great stay. The room was large, clean, cheap, and close to everything. It helps to have a motorbike to get around but there are places in walking distance as well (10 min to beach). I had an allergic reaction to something in the bed each night, not sure why. The pool is nice but could be cleaned up a bit since the mattresses to the chairs were all on the ground. Lots of stray dogs around here too but none were aggressive.

We stayed here for the total of 5 days and had a really pleasant stay. We actually extended our stay as we were enjoying the hotel, and ease into town on a bike. It’s about 25 minutes from the main street, which is okay in the day, but can be a little sketchy with dogs and uneven pavements in the dark. I would recommend getting a moped or taxi back. The room was a great size, with lovely views over the pool and to the mountains. The shower was super hot (be careful), and there was lots of storage. UK tv channels too. The pool was super clean and a really good size, it looked very much like the pictures. We were disappointed that there wasn’t a gym as advertised, it looks like there’s lots of rooms downstairs that are closed off, maybe it was in there. Staff were the only downfall. When we arrived, a little late in the evening due to our flight, there was no one at the “24 hour” reception. When someone did come after we called the number, they were incredibly rude, unwelcoming and could barely manage a hello. There were no pleasantries, starting the stay off on a sour note. The cleaning staff were all lovely, but the front desk staff could do with working on their customer service hugely.

Needs maintenance ”
I've stayed at this hotel a few times. It's clean, good value for money, and in a good location. However, it's in need of maintenance. During my last stay (4 nights), I never once saw a maintenance guy. The aircon in my room wasn't working well. Neither was the Wi-Fi. Is the pool being serviced regularly. I'm not sure. It would be a great hotel if the owner was willing to spend some money on it.

Reception staff was rude and far walk from the main entertainment area. Nice pool and stunning with balcony. If you hired a motorbike then 8 out of 10. The long walk and Reception put me off. The cleaning staff were very friendly. I didn't like the location.

Great value for money”
This was my third trip to Koh Samui and we were looking to stay close to the action near Chaweng beach and town center but far enough away in order to have a proper sleep. We were really positively surprised about this hotel which is also a residence for either locals or expats staying longer than us. The value for money is incredible. We paid 900 THB for a decent size room with a large King Size bed (great, medium soft mattress), TV, fridge, balcony, aircon and ensuite bathroom. There was even a little table and 2 chairs in the room and a kettle plus free coffee and water every day. The room was cleaned every day. We received fresh towels and toiletries every day. We stayed there for 4 nights and after 2 nights our bedlinen was changed. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The PTK has got a little gym. Just a swimming pool ist missing. You cannot have everything for that price, can you? :) If you turn left then there is a great little Food Square with local Thai food in 7-minute walking distance. The food is as great as on the famous night market. We always had breakfast there, e.g. Chicken Pad Thai for just 50 Baht. The beach is a ten-minute walk away. The only little negative totally out of the control of the hotel is that there is not pedestrian sidewalk along the street. This can be a little dangerous especially when walking back home at night. You can minimise the time walking along that busy road when turning right and then left at the Family Mart (just a couple of minutes along the busy road) or by hiring a motor-bike and joining the crowd.

Not much wrong”
Nice big room and they clean every day. No restaurant but I always eat street/ market food or small Thai restaurants. Quite a ways from the big acton if that's what you want but bikes are less expensive across the street than at the hotel so if you rent one for 5 or more days you can get a deal. My only down was they have a pool but it closes at 6pm. Had a good deal from agora so for the price I'd probably stay there again.

Good-value no frills cosy hotel ”
Hotel was very clean with wide open corridors and security cameras to make you feel safe. Welcome was warm and friendly. Some confusion over price advertised on agoda stating 590 baht a night that was actually 700 baht a night to stay in hotel, didn't notice price change on conformation of booking with agoda. This hotel has had lots of customers with same problem so beware of false pricing on agoda! Rooms lovely big spacious and basic with massive bed that was lovely to sleep in. Had the basics in room but no tea!!! Couldn't fault hotel for the price paid a lot more before for less quality. Swimming pool was nice but needed maintaining a little. Overall 8/10

probably the best place I stayed, the only downside was the pool had tiles falling off and were in the bottom of the pool, also the dark tiles make an underwater wall with sharp edges difficult to see but once you are aware of this it isn't a problem, staff were great and really professional, location at first seems not so good but it's in the middle of everywhere you want to go. Would definitely go back here, the room were really nice just like a top hotel.... A1.

Hotel was very nice. Old hotel, but very clean. Nearly all the staff very helpful and friendly. Did not try the pool. Not far to food market for eating. Nice beach 15 mins walk away.

I stayed here 8 night with my friend and it was so clean and has a nice swimming fool. The house keeper lady always make our room clean even change bed sheets everyday and very friendly. But a reception lady can't speaking english well and even not friendly.
