Good Hotel ”
The agoda map is not right again!!!!!!! If you do not study maps of Mae Sot then you will not find the hotel and be very careful driving in Mae Sot because alot of people that live there have said alot of people that live in mae sot do not know how to drive and are very reckless.

Another nice stay”
We went to Queen Palace Hotel for the second time now and had the same experience like the first time: Friendly and helpful staff; a nice and clean room with balcony and although it seemed to be well booked there was no feeling of being overcrowded. The breakfast is typically Thai but due to the choice also apt for European people. Only thing is that they only offer coffee for breakfast and that the daily requests for tea were only met once. But in my opinion, this is not a big deal.

A scrupulously clean hotel, with comfortable room”
A very good value hotel, bit bland and featureless, but very clean and comfortable. Staff had limited English but did their best to help with directions etc. I liked my comfy room, andf the pool though small was clean, but could get busy; the hotrl needs a bigger one for it's size. It's a bigger hotel than anticipated and was busy with a conference of scores of Thai Scouts, and few farangs stay, but that didn't bother me. But the very Thai breakfast wasn't at all what I could face first thing in the morning - gristly meat of indeterminate kind floating in greasy soup etc eeek! So was limited to coffee and toast. Just a little downer, everything else was great for the price.

Big hotel with a pool”
The hotel is on one of the main roads in Mae Sot. The rooms are okay, big in size and clean. Good feature is that the rooms come with a medium sized refrigerator. The hotel has a nice pool, a conference room, desert bar, and karaokee room. The breakfast is okay but not too many options.

It is a cheap hotel, little difficult to find because it is behind other building. Compared to the price it is excellent. Room was good, the swimming pool is great.

A nice hotel with excellent value for money”
A very pleasant stay in a hotel that really offers value for money. The room was not too big but clean and practically furnished and had a small balcony as well. Hot water shower is available. It is not a tourist hotel, as staff is not speaking English, but they are friendly and helpful. The breakfast offers a sufficient variety of Thai food (well, we are in Thailand!), but also those not used to this diet can find some things to eat like the superb omelets or the nice rice soup with meat. The main shopping streets can be reached by walking in some 5mins (walk out of the hotel, turn left, first road to the left and at the end of this road, turn right).

Cheap but noisy & unmanageable”
My friend and I checked in there for the first time during our visit to the city of Mae Sot. The hotel is not really far from town center as it is only a walking distance away. But what really disappointed us was the noise late at night. There were noises arguing between a couple and their friends. They seemed drunk and tried to settle over the matter unimportant to other guests of the hotel. I tried to ring the information to do something about it but they didn't seem to manage that well. Oh well, if only this hotel was called a noisy place!!!

Comfortable room with fast wifi”
Good stay at Queens Palace. Just needed a night to recoup after spending some time rural and had everything I needed with fast wifi, balcony, large bathroom and close location to the main streets.

Comfortable budget priced hotel”
This hotel was good value for money.It seemed to be popular with the locals as well for use as a conference and business centre.The rooms are standard and clean and the bathroom still quite white despite the age of the hotel.Room service is offered for food however because there are no tables and chairs in the room we opted to sit in the roomy breakfast area and order our food to be served there.The food is very tasty and extremely cheap.The breakfast is Thai-rice soup and rice with a choice of 5 dishes.It is a short walk to town from the hotel.There are a few restaurants within walking distance tucked down the side roads.

Old Hotel. Quite Location”
The hotel was old but clean and spacious. It is located in a quite location. Walking distances to the shops and eating places. Breakfast was great. No taxis. Only motorbike taxis and very few tut tut. If you are going to stay at this hotel organise airport transfer with the hotel otherwise you could have problems getting to the hotel from the airport

Nice staff”
We stayed at the hotel for two nights for business. There were a lot of people staying at this hotel, despite this it was really quite. It was down a back street away from the main part of town. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The staff spoke limited English, however this was not a problem as we did understand one another. We arrived at this hotel very early and our room was not ready yet, however they gave us a key to room so we could shower and rest after our long travel. That was really appreciated. The breakfast was Asian style, which was ok.

Good hotel. I do my booking from Agoda. Agoda Room price said 1200 bath cut price down to 476 bath then + gst tax total price 550 bath. When we check in at the counter room price at the hotel only sale for 450 bath.

OK location with swimming pool”
Since our first night wasn't impressive but we booked this hotel for three nights we had to return here to avoid all the hassles of canceling the nights. This time there was no noise like our first day. But the Internet connection on the fourth floor was really bad and showed no sign of improvement. The hotel could have invested more money on this kind of facilities to impress the guests to help them forget all other bad things about the hotel. Sorry to be so direct.

Beds and bathroom ok, some funny and old furniture, but still ok. Price level acceptable. We came with our own rent a car, so no issues with transport.
