We travelled as a family to this amazing location, knowing about this property earlier, I had requested the reservation team for allotting a room on 1st floor, Let me tell you right from alloying the room in matter of time to ensuring I get the right room, the team at Temple Bay has been outstanding in terms of customer centricity. Check in, showing their token of appreciation by delivering a yummy cake for my daughters birthday to ensuring we had a smooth stay across all days, the staff over here makes this property the best beach property in India. Overall resort is huge, one of the biggest swimming pools and the sea view chalet is by far the best. Food and the spread has been really neat and tasty. Had couple of bad experiences ”
Pros: Property is good and housekeeping staff is very well spoken. Surprise complimentary cake and balloons were arranged in room for our anniversary. Cons: Dining is over expensive We wanted ala carte menu for dinner, however they were running buffet and staff told it will take more than 1 hr to serve any ala carte dish. Since we had a kid with us, we unwillingly opted for buffet. 7500 for two, it was not at all worth. Cold food, poor service, very basic menu for veg and not tasty at all. Next day onwards we opted nearby 5star hotel restaurant Altitude, which was 1/3rd of the cost, super delicious food, and awesome service. Spa is the worst. I opted for low to medium pressure. But that lady was not at all a professional. She was very hard, using her elbow on my back and spine. It was just a rough massage, not a spa where you expect pressure points to be taken care. I was almost screaming during the session. Post session got severe pain and blue toned skin on my back, had to take painkillers. Today is 3rd day for me after taking that so called spa, my pain has increased, cant lie on my back. Have to go for a doctor. Please take away from such unprofessionals, they charge huge huge money for pain in return. First day dinner at their restaurant, my daughter left her toy and bib on her chair, and we were last to leave the restaurant. Next morning I requested many staff members if they find it, but they all seemed busy to check, and it was never returned. Lastly one touch people kept on calling me back to back 10:30 am onwards asking if they can send buggy for check out. Their check out time is 12, and i had requested late checkout around 12:30-1, which was agreed before. But still they kept on calling saying need to check out. It was not even 12. On their 4th call i was very much pissed off, and I categorically told them to stop irritating me, I’ll check out sharp @12, but before that don’t buzz me again n again. It was very unprofessional and a way of telling them get out. 11:50am sharp i called them to send the bell boy/buggy. Followed by 3-4 follow ups, till 1 no body came for luggage. Same I complained to front desk that what kind of behaviour is this. Just for information, there were lot many rooms vacant, they didn’t have any pressure of checkin from other guests, also their check in time is 3 pm, and we were among those who didn’t get the room before 4pm. All this experience was not at all expected from Radisson. I am never hesitant paying for comfort and luxury, but this holiday i feel i wasted my money and time. I am never going to come back, neither will recommend any one else. There are more better properties in the area than this.

Good place to spend for 2 - 3 days. Pretty Xpensive.. Pools both were good.. infinity pool with beach view was beautiful.. maintained well Food was ok, but both d restaurants are heavily priced .. Amenities are limited to TT... They could look at adding more sports Amenities in the resort.. organise evening entertainment based activities with the guests. Beach could hav been better .. (cleanliness).. Overall beautiful experience nd memorable time at the Radisson blue.
