Perfect choice”
When we arrive there, the staff told us their hostel is not available right now, beacuse they are doing some repairing and decoration work. Then the owner took us one by one to his sister's hostel by his motocycle, which is nearby. So we actually lived in his sister's place: Hoang Thu Homestay. The room is quite big and clean. The breakfast is also good, by the way, especially the coffee and juice. And we were so happy and lucky to meet a friend who is a very kind and gentle person. Besides, they also let us use the bicycles for free, so we can ride to the beach and the old town. It is really perfect! We do love the time we spent in Hoi An!

Warm family, Nice Hospitality”
The place is great, near bus station to go to Da Nang, minimart, cafe. Only need about 20 minutes by walking to ancient town. They have bicycles to be used (may be for rent, I'm not sure because i didn't even try to ask). Quite area because it's too crowded near the ancient town. Warm & friendly family. They let me checked in at 7.30 am as the room was available. It's great because i was so tired after 10,5 hours journey from Nha Trang to Hoi An by sleeping bus. They can help to arrange your next trip (hotel or any tour). Very nice to meet them (Dzung, the Aunty, the Uncle, & the brother).

This is the perfect location- a 15 minute ride to the beach and a 15 minute ride to the Old City by bicycle. Free bicycle use, beautiful, charming room with lovely balcony. Bathroom was a standard South East Asian bathroom, lacking water pressure and always a little yucky and damp. Tony, the nephew of the owners, was an amazing host to us and we felt right at home. He went out of his way to make us comfortable, took us to his favorite local lunch spot and his favorite town shops, and always invited us to spend time with him and his family. It genuinely felt like a home away from home. The only thing I would have changed was the lack of cleaning, as our room was not serviced all five days, though I'm sure if we would have requested it wouldn't have been an issue. I hope to come back one day :-)

Owner was very unfriendly and tried to scam us multiple times ”
First of all I want to start with the positiv aspects of this accomadation My friend and I shared a twinbed room which was clean and the wifi worked totally fine and in the nights it was more or less quiet, but thats it with the positive aspects. We stayed there over Tet festival (Vietnamese New Year) and we wanted to travel to Nha Trang after Hoi an with the bus and he told us the normal price would be 700k because of Tet, but the first travel agency we asked in the city was already starting at 530k for the excact same bus so he tried to overcharge us over 340k for two people which made us already feel very uncomfortable. Then we wanted to rented a scooter at his which was not very good working but we thought it would be cheap for 150k, but in the city you can get newer ones for 80k to a 100k. Last but not least, the most disappointing thing was the breakfast which we booked for 2 dollar more on agoda which was very small and no one can call this a real breakfast its a very small pancake so we tried to order a second one but he tried to charge us 40k for a second one although the breakfast on agoda costs around 23k per person ? All in all the room was okay but the service was miserable and we felt very uncomftable because with everything he was overcharging without any reasons which is not normal for a homestay in Vietnam. So definitly watch out if he tries to sell you anything !!!!

Exceptional”
Unbelievably comfortable and friendly atmosphere! Beds are good and cosy, rooms are clean, good shower and ventilation, aircon works well. They also provide towels. There is a nice terrace where you can chill and meet travelers. They have good bicycles for everyone for free. The old center is in 10 minutes riding bicycle. The owner is very kind, one day he even organized a really delicious dinner for all his guests!

Clean place, near Hoi An and An Bang beach.”
The place is clean. We booked 2 rooms. Everything was fine except for the aircon and the toilet smell in the double room. We came when the weather was very hot and we asked for a fan but the staff couldnot provided us. Also, it was stated that the single room can accommodate up to 2 adults and 1 kid but the bed is quite small. We asked for a mattress or an extra single bed but the staff told us they didnt have any spare one left. Overall it's still not a very bad experience with the price we paid.

It's near the bus station which is easy to take a bus to Da Nang city. They offer a clean room and the fresh air around here. But in my room, the sound resistance is not good and I think they should improve this soon.

We liked the location only a view minutes from ancient town but still far away from tourism hotspots and traffic. The room and the beds were very large. The stuff is friendly and caring, the owner was sometimes a bit to pushy with His service offerings.

When I arrived, I was taken to stay in a shared room in another hotel under the same owner. This hotel is closer to the historic city centre. Breakfast is good and owner is friendly.

Horrible damp rooms, we both got sick because of damp!! ”
Avoid this place, I’m not sure how it has got such good reviews. The room is damp, we saw 2 others and they are the same. We requested a fan to try and dry the room a little but they said we had air con so no. There are 2 rooms of long term Chinese massage girls saying downstairs who always sit in the only 4 communal seats and chat and eat loudly late in to the night and constantly block the way with racks of their laundry drying that they had wash themselves as the home stay charged twice as much as everywhere else 30k per kg!! As soon as we said we didn’t want to book any trips/tours the staff were very cold towards us. We both left with chest infections due to the damp. Not recommended

Hello Shona. We think it served you well. We tried to arrange everything according to your requirements, but then you said "it's okay, no problem". You rent two beds, but one for just hanging out your clothes, I'm sure your clothes have been wet before. I think you have overkill for the money you paid.

People were nice enough, gave us a bike for free to ride to the beach for a few hours. Rooms were nice enough but the beds were really close together, woke up spooning a German guy by accident. Also there was a leak in the ceiling and my girlfriend kept waking up to drops of water spatting off her massive forehead

So viel Platz”
Ich hatte ein Dormroom Vierbettzimmer gebucht und kam in ein Zweibettzimmer mit extrem viel Platz. Alles war sauber und die Betten sehr angenehm. Die Inhaber waren ebenfalls nett. Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Einziges Defizit für manche ist vielleicht die etwas entferntere Lage vom Zentrum. Aber der Weg ist selbst zu Fuß zu schaffen.

Zimmer ist Einfach und Sauber mit Klimaanlage.Das Bad ist Extern inklusive Badewanne.Am Zimmer Anschließend ist ein Balkon,welcher für Alle begehbar ist.Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und berät Unvoreingenommen(Familiär).Man kann Fahrräder (1$/Tag ) oder Motorroller (5$/Tag+ Benzin)ausleihen.Getränke kann man an der Rezeption kaufen und das Frühstück ist sehr lecker (4 verschiedene Auswahlmöglichkeiten-wenn möglich am Abend bevor bestellen.Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, regionaler Busbahnhof und Straßenrestaurants sind in nächster Nähe.Für den Besuch der Innenstadt oder Strand nutzt man am Besten das Fahrrad bzw. den Motorroller (Stadt zu Fuß ca 25 min ).Bestellen von Bustickets oder die Buchung von Touren ist sehr Komfortabel .

ベッド３台がある広い部屋でエアコン、冷蔵庫が備わっており、朝食付きでお得な価格設定。しかし、全体的に古びており、メンテナンスが行き届いていない。シャワーの湯量が乏しく、温度の調節が難しい（熱すぎたりぬるくなったりする）。床やベッドリネンも清潔感に欠け、一晩寝たらかゆくなった。外が通路になっているので、窓を開けておくことができない。 スタッフは陽気で親切だったが、ツアーや服の仕立てを勧めたがる。朝食のカオライはおいしかった。パンやフォーなどから選べる。 バスターミナルから近く、旧市街に近い中心部の喧騒からほど遠く静かに過ごせる。
