“Not the best, but can stay ”
Plus: 1. The location of this hotel makes it easier for everyone who stays here easier to get food, since food hawkers are everywhere around it. Also other restaurants, coffee shops, fruit shops, pharmacies, dessert shops. 2. The room is spacious, and the bathroom comes with bathtub. Also there is rack to put your suitcase, and cabinet that could be used to put bags/suitcases or simply used as a table to have some food. In family bedroom, there are 2 single sofas and coffee table. The room is even more spacious. 3. Mini market and Rocks Wellings Pharmacy are available at level 1 near reception area. Cons: 1. The bathroom of the standard room that we stayed in has slanting shower head holder that needs plastic to be shoved in to grip it tight, or else the shower head would just spin from middle to the left and wet all of the wall and floor. 2. Tissue holder is full of white powder, and it is filthy. 3. Bathtub water drain is full of human's hairs (prolly the humans that stayed previously) and I have to clean it by myself to make the water to pass through. 4. The complimentary tea packages, sugar, coffee, & cream look distasteful. 5. The bedsheets, & pillow cases of 2 twin beds of standards room is filthy and dusty. We have to request for new sheets to change them ourself. 6. The smell of the air outside our bedroom is surely unfresh and sometimes I think that I caught some weird odors. 7. We stayed in level 3 and when some Thai students also checked-in, they really can't chill down and becomes too loud that I should complain against them. 8. 2 bottle of complimentary drinking water per room and per day is just not enough for common human's need. 9. The reception staff's ignorant attitude. Said no before checking carefully and offer needless room and service that we don't actually need when I need to change my standard room to family room right the way in the morning. I had the purchase proof, but instead of listening to me carefully, I was offered unrelated stuff that truly wasted my time and energy. OMG. 9. The bathroom of the family room that we stayed has a broken shower holder that I have to request he staff TWICE just to fix it, & the shower curtain is just too unbelievably short/small/mini. It doesn't even really cover up. Have to position it carefully or else, the toilet bowl, and floor will definitely be wet. When the floor becomes wet, it will become slippery. Will I come back for a stay? Maybe yes, maybe no.
