According to its size and facilities it is 5 star hotel, but because of worn out of everything it is like 4 star hotel. It needs renovation. Still it is value for money. They made early check in for me. Another plus in comparison with other hotels there is sandy beach near hotel. There are two nice pools.

1. Since your hotel is next to the ICE BSD Hall where it is very common to be busy on exhibition period then you should know that you need more receptionist to serve the customer. On the checking-in time at around 13.00 - 13.30, about 6 the customers together stood in 2 lines, while it took about 10-15 minutes for 1 staff to serve the customer. You should create specia...

We stayed in this hotel because of the close proximity to a wedding venue we attended. Although we arrived almost midnight, the front desk staff were lovely and made us feel welcome. Room allocation for our family was great, they did their best to allocate us as close as possible. and we were delighted when they allocated us to a connecting room. Facilites were good...

Its a good hotel in Banten, good choice if you need a quick relax. If you bring kids here it will be very nice because this hotel have good pools, and other facilities. The only problem is when i book non smoking room and already signed the nin smoking aggrement letter, but then when i go to my room the room is so smelly with cigarette

The room surprisingly clean. If you plan just relax in the room, this place was all you need. The breakfast was very variative and very delicious.. the price is not as expensive as five star hotel. If you stay here, you should take the breakfast package, thumbs up for the chef! The hotel & apartment is accross the mall, so everything is there. The cons only for the swi...

Santika is the only 4 stars hotels in that area. The price also quite affordable even consider cheap for 4 stars hotel. The room is comfortable, and the breakfast menu is pretty awesome. However the hotel is swarmed with guest. I have stayed there 3 times so far and I never saw the hotel not packed with guest. So expect long que for check in, like 30-40 minutes, and ...

The receptionist is a bit understaffed (long queue to check in) when I visited, but perhaps that's because they are hosting 2 event at the time. Huge swimming pool, nice ballroom (sound systems, lighting, chair, and carpet all quite good). Big room for a 3 stars hotel and unique bathroom (they separate the toilet and the shower). The amenities and pillow is a bit sub-p...

The resort is very tidy-looking. Most of the rooms are in the form of cottages. I booked a 3-bedroom cottages and we enjoyed our stay. it's very close to the beach and also the swimming pool. air conditioning worked like a charm and the rooms are comfy. Breakfast was pretty good with some variety. One thing I'd like to complain about is the size of the swimming pool....

I was pleasantly surprise to be greeted with very friendly and helpful staffs, ready to make my staying experience a wonderful one, they aided me with getting my access cards, and also proceeded to have my breakfast done when I requested to include breakfast in my booking(didn't had that when booking through Agoda). Apart from that, the room was extremely cozy, allowin...

I would like to thank the service staff especially the front desk lady who handled my check in during my three day stay. I think her name is ST; I had overlooked during my booking process that I need to pay at the hotel (my receipt number is 02956 dated 22 September 2018) . She was very professional, patient and polite when she realized it the next day. She certainly m...

This was beyond my expectation! It’s not a secret that finding a proper accomodation in this area is quite challenging. This place has it all! Traveled in family group of 3 with toddler, Double G made our stay was so homy. I love the cleanliness! Super love the library! They have classic childern books collection. First time to stay in this hotel.. it were beyond our expectations! We stayed at premium deluxe room that surprisingly new, wide, and VERY clean!! Excellent facilities: small pantry with big fridge (two doors), microwave, sink, safety box. The best part: our room just by the beach.. and oh its a private one.. (very quite, no sellers, nothing to block the ...

From my experience, this is the BEST villa in Anyer for its atmosphere and serenity. its really feels like i am alone in this villa (i came here when no other guess :) ) the pool is perfect for kids. The bedroom is good design. they said its been 20 years old building, but its still in perfect condition. Also they provide you with 24 hours refill for fresh water and c...

I booked a room for the night at this hotel since I was going to the Katy Perry concert at ICE BSD. The room I got was the suite and it came with an afffordable rate considering it was a suite. Unfortunately the bed was kinda hard, not comfortable enough. They forgot to put the complimentary coffee and tea at my room, only the kettle was there. I called the front offic...

I have stayed more than 8 times :D the room was big..the price quite cheap...but the room could be more clean.. U will get mineral water, clean towel, there is no keetle for making hot water in the room.. If u stay for short period, this hotel could be a good choice... We love this hotel very much! This hotel is the best hotel you can find in Anyer area. If you went on holiday with children at Anyer area, do not hesitate to book this hotel. I transit in this hotel at my trip from lampung to jakarta. The front office staff name Wika was very helpful, she offerred me to keep my pempek and bakso which I brougt from Lampung to be refrigerated in the hotel's kitchen. The swimming pool was awesome! It's a 'must try' in this hotel. The breakfast was delicious with so many choices. The restaurant staffs kept ...

This hotel is the best 3 star hotel I've ever stay. By mean best no other 3 star hotel have these features 1. Spacious room 2. Best swimming pool for kids 3. Great dining 4. Breakfast food are many from Indonesian, western, chinese and even Japanese 5. Have little perks like complimentary drinks for guest at lobby and room, this is awesome no 3 star hotel have this ki...

Booked 4 rooms in Nov 2019, Front Office lady, Pingkan, was the only one who spoke English almost fluently and grateful she arranged a last minute request for complimentary birthday cake . Great stay, the kids enjoyed the pool, the adults enjoyed the simple yet modern-look rooms and breakfast spread & in-room dining. Would have given a 5 but HSKP didn’t do a good job m...

Amaris Serpong is great for a budget stay The room was small but fine and all facilities were clean and worked perfectly. Breakfast was included and eating at the hotel was pleasant. Only the noise from outside is a bother, as the hotel is located next to a busy road. Perhaps a room facing the other direction would be quieter.
Cheap places to stay in Banten Province

I chose Traveler Home because it was so near the airport. I didn't want to cycle too far in Jakarta traffic after my flight. The hostel has plenty of parking for bikes and everything you need is easily accessible by bicycle. Chandra and his family are super and very helpful. Easy to get to the attractions in central Jakarta by BRT. Would definitely stay again!

The price and the facility were good and I couldn't ask for more. However, I've got a suggestion for the staff. I arrived at the property way earlier than the check-in time. I asked if I could drop my stuff first and if possible take a bath and then leave and wait for the check-in time somewhere else. First, they weren't really friendly. They stated that I can just ...

Awesome for short stay, 10-15min car ride to bintaro plaza, the only problem is the location isn't very easy to find. best to use Grab or uber to get to your location. It's more of a Motel/hostel setting with individual rooms than a hotel. If you are expecting a hotel with a proper reception and all. nope, this is not it. No Hot water, but got all the basic necessi...

The place is inside a gated community so you know it's safe and secure. However, this makes it quite far if you have food cravings or things you need to buy immediately, as the place has no restaurant or store attached to it. But the staff could help you call for food delivery and they do sell basic drinks like bottled water, juices and beer. There's free breakfast wit...

Great value for money. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Be aware that the hotel is listed as being located in Tangerang City Center (Pusat Kota Tangerang in Indonesian), whereas it is actually located in Ciputat, South Tangerang (Tangerang Selatan in Indonesian). Tangerang City Center and Ciputat are over an hour's drive from one another. My taxi driver went ...

This Hotel is sparkling clean with friendly helpful staff, nothing is too much trouble. the booking was easy and secure with no nasty surprises at check in. the location is central to the area at a fairly busy intersection, making shorter trips to most destinations. We slept sound in a comfy bed and not noticing much traffic noise. There is a coffee shop in ground floo...

The location was quite good and surrounded by small restaurant and minimarket. The breakfast was very simple (don’t expect too much for hostel grade place), but you can refill your drinking water at the dispenser. The room was clean and tidy. The surrounding was quiet at the night and you can enjoy good scenery at the balcony. The wifi speed was good and the TV Cable q...

It was a pleasant stay. The location is near the city, and there's a convenience store nearby. The staff is quite kind. After checking in, I was given the key to my room at 3rd floor. The room is really small. There are hardly any space left beside the bed. There's only a small alley from the door to the bathroom's door in front of the bed and a small space near the wi...

The price is not balanced with the facilities provided: no TV and blanket in the room, bathroom is outside the room, for breakfast they only give you bread + coffee + tea (even the hot water is not ready at the time you want to have your breakfast), the location is not very clear seen from the main road. The only good thing in this hotel is its cleanliness, because thi...

I have great holiday there, the price is cheap in weekend with bonus free waterpark for kids, good food taste and perfect location. it is very easy to reach tangerang and to reach gading serpong even to jakarta. there is also good restaurant arround there such ayam goreng nyonya suharti, nelayan resto and so on. there are indomaret and alfamart also to provide our need...

It's all outstanding perception, really great place to relax with worthy money. But there is must be helpful staff to handle the cleanliness, so if there is a guest will be more comfort to stay. My personal experience about this property is very good. Thank You.

Clean, large rooms can fit 4+ people, staff is friendly, only the bathroom is a bit small, the location is at the very close to the entrance to Tanjung Lesung complex, fried rice is quite tasty, opentrip to Liwungan Island at very affordable prices, may come back, recommended ... fyi, the seafood caught by local fishermen very fresh and delicious, awesome.... tanjung l...

This hotel is similar to regular house in Indonesia. Cleanliness for bedroom was good. I'm not quite sure about the environment during the night as the market area in front of the hotel was so dark and my colleague said that there were many prostitutes around there.

We had just arrived from traffic-laden Anyer about 2 hours away from Serang looking for a getaway from busy Jakarta. First impressions were very good, with speedy checkin at dusk and a big room facing the well lit pool. Unfortunately, they had a live band playing by the pool side, which we would have enjoyed if it weren't for our 18 month old's bedtime. Upon a compla...

I have stayed here several times and it's always a pleasure. Right next to the sea with a fantastic swimming pool and extremely friendly and helpful staff. The hotel rooms are really nice and the cottages too. The staff are constantly cleaning the pool area or the extensive gardens. It's a short walk or angkot ride to the main Carita beach but there is also a small bea...

Disappointing. We tried for 2 days prior to arrival to upgrade to nicer villa. But as Agoda was unable to reach hotel, we were advised to request upon check in. After a lot of blablabla, they quoted us 110usd ++ additionally although the hotel list price is only 35usd more, so we stayed at initial booked villa. First nite dinner, restaurant has no bottle beer as ran o...

When come theres noone there, lobby empty. Securities told us to check in to Acacia Hotel which was half n hour driving. In the end, they let us in and sent the cleaning service. Very bad first impression. The villa...

Just another getaway for me and my partner, the location if you driving a car is the best. Only 5 mnt driving to the big mall. The facility, breakfast, cleanliness is in the best condition. The bed is also comfortable, only the staff need to look more professional and friendly as well. The service is from the front dest is like you are entering low class in jakarta.

look, it really isn't a palace to write home about, but you aren't in Kansas now Dorothy, you are entering rural Indonesia. As a westerner who is accostomed to all kinds of hotels right through out SE Asia over 10 years, it gets the job done. This is a brand new hotel in Gading Serpong, and claimed to be the first 5-star hotel in Banten. Under D'Varee brand, it is the most luxurious collection among this brand's properties in Indonesia. I stayed for short staycation here (I live nearby in Gading Serpong area) being curious on what this hotel looks like and how the service is. I booked 2 premier king rooms t...

Great location. Basicly the property is an apartment that owned and rented by individual, so its difficult to communicate. For example we need to pay for our carpark, because the agent ask the receptionist to give us only roomkey without contact number. And the description about the room is not proper. The room is smaller.

I was looking for an accommodation that is close by to Scientia Park because my daugther had to attend an event there. I was so lucky that I found Scientia Apt because it gave me everything I was looking for. The property is steps away from Scientia Park. It has 3 single beds that comfortably fit me, my husband & our 2 children under 10. It has a mini kitchen that all...

You cannot beat the location. In-house great shopoing mall and lots of restaurants in close vicinity. However, the appartment was was a loveless, dirty affair. I booked this apartment for two nights for two business associates from Medan. It is located at the end of a long corridor in an apartment building that is not yet fully occupied. Best Seasons for Your Banten Adventure
Timing your visit to Banten can greatly enhance your experience. The best time to explore this enchanting region is during the dry season, which typically runs from April to October. During these months, the weather is pleasantly warm, and outdoor activities are more enjoyable. The clear skies and minimal rainfall allow for breathtaking views of the natural landscapes, making it an ideal time for hiking, beach outings, and sightseeing.
In addition to the favorable weather, visiting during local festivals can offer a unique glimpse into the culture of Banten.
