We asked for non-smoking room but they gave us one with very strong cigarette smell. When we rang the counter they changed our room quickly, and even bigger than the first one. Despite the state of the roads outside, the hotel was very clean and the staff helpful. Stayed here for two nights, and it was absolutely amazing. The location was breathtaking, a short bit away from town. The owners were super helpful with everything from where we should go and fixing us a driver, to serving food customized to our diets and schedule. The room and view I believe is the best in Zhangjiajie and I would absolutely recommend it!

I loved staying at this hotel. I was upgrade to a suite for free. It was huge. Staff was efficient and so friendly. Hotel is clean and in the perfect location to the rail station and Tianmen Shan cableway. I am returning to Zhangjiajie next month. Will definitely be staying at this hotel again.

the hotel was pretty standard. it was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the staff was pleasant enough. the maid staff comes and cleans it up every 30 minutes, and then it repeats.

Probably the largest building in Zhangjiajie, only a couple of miles from the airport, and about a 10 min walk to the cable car station. Very clean hotel I couldn't really fault it. My only negative would be no one speaks English, and it's best to take a English/Chinese translation device with you. Check in and check out are no hassle tho.
