The hotel is open for some years now and still in very good shape. Well maintained, all rooms clean, beds comfortable, all devices working. Since this is exceptional for hotels in Thai province I like to point out that I find it impressive. Especially when looking at the affordable price level. What can be very annoying though are the other guests... Although the hot...

Small hotel but good layout and decoration, The family room is the best choice and the most value of money. The room is very big and next to the swimming pool. The back of hotel is next to the canal, but the water flow is very strong. The location is quite far from the landmark and the entrance road is a little bit small.

Staff are nice and helpful. The room is clean and spacious. Breakfast is great, freshly cooked and enough for all guests. We booked 2 adjacant rooms with connecting doors and they are very convenient. However room D9 has a problem with air condition. The water pipe in the bathroom was leak at the ceiling. There is no curtain in the shower area. Room D10 has a problem ...

This hotel was advertised as a 3.5 Star Hotel, with a fantastic breakfast. Neither were true. For the money we paid, it was excellent value. Beds were very comfortable and it was spotlessly clean, although my wife's bed sheet had a hole, as did a hand towel. As it was, we weren't looking for 3.5 star, just somewhere comfortable in the centre of Ratchaburi, and this...

We reached there in the evening. The location is pretty far from the city. Staffs were very welcome with an energize welcome drink. We had a romantic dinner in the rooftop of our room, Rak Rak, under the sky and big hug from mountains. At night, there was a lot of bugs outside the room and some came in, I got an allergic from them and I found that water heater didn't ...

I stayed for 1 night. The room is clean and new. The ceiling is high. Beds are comfortable, pillows softness is just right. I had cozy and comfortable night during my stay. Bath room is huge and clean with hot water. Swimming pool is a little bit too deep(160cm). However there is area for kids that is more shallow as well. It is a salt swimming pool with great mount...

The staff made us feel welcome and were very friendly and helpful. The scenery was amazing, I think we had the best view from our hotel room in the whole of Ratchaburi. It was stunning, and when we woke in the morning we were very happy as we could see for miles. To have our breakfast delivered to our balcony was a massive bonus. Thank you. We had some trouble w...

It's the 3rd time that we come Suan Phung and it's the best resort we stayed. The place is really nice, the owner, a really nice woman, designed it with style. Quiet place, with lot of trees and flowers and the location is good. Breakfast is delicious. We stayed there 2 nights and i will come back for sure next time!

Booked the mini rooms, and a tent. The rooms are really mini, and got no place to put stuffs other than on the floor. The staffs were very kind hearted though. The tent was a great extension. This property is located within the town location (though it is 8km away) and not in the pretty resort region in the western side. Of course there is a huge price difference...

My stay was great. This hotel is truly unique and the staff go out of their way to make you feel at home. WiFi is good as well as the free breakfast. The rooms/cottages are all large, clean and very comfortable. I can see why this is Bangkok's get-away resort. It is located far from Bangkok in Ratchaburi. This resort is far out in the country, but there are a few...

If you want to visit Damnoen Saduak's Floating Market, this hotel is probably one of the best options, as the floating market is just a 7 minutes walk from the hotel's door. We stayed here in order to be able to be at the market by 7:00 AM before tourist hordes arrive from Bangkok by 09:00 AM. Another good thing was that the hotel booked for us a boat that picked us u...

I and my husband decided to go for a one night honeymoon in a province where is closed to Bangkok. Therefore, we choose Ratchaburi, Suan Phueng. However, the pictures whic...
Cheap places to stay in Ratchaburi Province

To be fair I would have given 4 stars if they understood me. Visited a friend in town. It is only two hours by train or bus from bangkok. Dont book online. Best to take train there for about 80 baht, and bus back. Booked A/C room. Given a fan room instead, i booked through agoda and the clerk at hotel did not understand me. I kept fan room because it was comfort...

Compared with the other hostel and dorm style places, the Peace hostel is really a first class accommodation right next to the Damnoen Saduak floating market only meters away. This facility is brand new and modern, the beautiful cafe on the ground level adds a huge charm and the canal next to the balcony attract heavy boat traffic on the weekends. I stayed in the 4-bed...

If you are looking for a quick, cheap(er) place to stay over night in Suanpheung, you might want to consider this one. I chose this one because it was the cheapest place I can find not too far from the hot spring and I was traveling alone. I got a cabin. It almost seems like this property has been deserted. It looks old, not so clean and some of the things inside were ...

Staff is very professional. Check-in and check-out was very fast. Location is near a 7-11 but that’s about it. For me it was fine as I had a car but taxis are sparse so keep that in mind. I suggest Namsin Hotel (also spelled Numsin)if you want to be closer to city. This hotel was perfect for what I needed. Room was basic which is what I expected for about 500 Thai baht...

The hotel was close to the market near the bridge. The staff were very friendly and helped us when we had a small problem with the water not running for about 10 minutes. They offered us another room if we wanted. Very nice place. I recommend it for sure.

Stayed a week at this hotel and it's such good value I booked another two weeks and will be back again. The hotel is new and the rooms are big, comfortable king size bed in room, good aircon and hot water in the bathroom. Around 2 km's to the centre of town but transport is ok. Song Thaew to Tesco and a Tuk Tuk back, round trip ฿80, no taxis in Ratchaburi. Excellent c...

I really appreciate a stay at the hotel. It is in the middle of the city, very convenient. The hotel is very close to food avenue and 24 hour mini-mart(only 2 minutes walk). The room is very huge since i had two big luggages with me but there was a lot more space. The breakfast set is acceptable, worth the price. If I have a chance to visit Ratchaburi city again, I wil...

We stayed in a room upstairs. The room was very big, not 9 sqm like listed. The bathroom was already 8 sqm and the sleeping room around 25 sqm. All the negative comments i red are not true. There is a sink to brush your teeth, the room was very clean, free water, no fridge but the 24hr shop downstairs has all the drinks, snacks, shampoo,.... you need. We stayed three n...

This place modified from the old traditional building and located in the middle of the town that closer to the local market. For the accommodation, the room was very nice and clean. As well as the garden and environment surrounded. Their staff was very nice, she has been waiting us for the late check-in.

-quiet place,Location is ok not far from city center within 5minutes drive. -the room is big, bright and clean, soft bed and pillow.clean bathroom. - there is a kettle and refrigerator in room -internet wifi is good - quite satisfy with this resort recommended if you have to stay in Ratchaburi, worth for the money.

The motel was modern and had ample off-street parking. The A/C worked well. The rooms were large enough not to feel cramped. As for the cost, I have stayed at places that were of same quality but for less money, so I feel that the price was a bit high. This is a very tourist active area at times of year so the higher costs seemed to be reflected in other motels and res...

I've been here before as a couple but this time with my family. I booked 3 rooms; Crane, Rainbow finch and Macow. This review would refer to Rainbow finch and Macow which were the same building. Very nice boutique resort in Ratchaburi and very welcoming owners. We had a pleasant stay there. The resort is situated amidst the mountains which gives you a very relaxing atmosphere. Good place for weekend getaway. Breakfast was great, dealicious and healthy! We had a comfortable stay here.

It was nice resort. However, seems it is under renovation. Staff tried to help their best. Location wise very good. Only problem was the language. No English speaking staffs or english menu at the resort restaurant. Hence faced some troubles to ask something or give order for food. Anyway, somehow managed using Google translate!
