We had a lovely stay at Rey Hanoi Hotel. The room was spotlessly clean and the interiors reflected a beautiful, elegant design that gave the entire hotel a relaxing charm. The beds were soft and very comfortable, making it easy to unwind after a full day exploring Hanoi. The front desk staff spoke English fluently and were very courteous and helpful throughout our stay. While the hotel isn't right in the center of the Old Quarter, it's still within walking distance to major attractions, which we actually preferred—it was peaceful and less crowded. Overall, a wonderful choice if you’re looking for a quiet, stylish, and restful stay in Hanoi!

I stayed at Rey Hotel in Vietnam for 4 days and 3 nights and had a very pleasant experience. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable, with good air conditioning and a strong Wi-Fi connection. The bed was cozy, and housekeeping did a great job maintaining the room daily. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any questions or local recommendations. The hotel’s location is also a big plus close to cafes, restaurants, and local attractions, making it easy to explore the area. Breakfast was decent, though it could use a bit more variety. All over the hotel will have orange smell which is very refreshing Hotel and the room is clean and spacious Welcome dessert and some sweet Staff are helpful Need to take note there will be deposit of 1million dong to refund when check out

Rey hotel is such a beautiful and modern hotel. The room is spectacular and have all the features you would want such as a giant comfortable bed that feels like you are sleeping on a cloud. The garden area is a special feature of the hotel because it makes you feel so calm and peaceful - away from the chaos of hanoi. The breakfast was very good with a variety of choices. This is by far the best hotel I’ve been at in the old quarter.

“Stylish Stay in Hanoi’s Old Quarter”
I recently stayed at REY Hotel in Hanoi and was pleasantly surprised by its high standard, which is comparable to a five-star hotel. I booked the Deluxe King Room, and it exceeded my expectations in many ways. What I Loved: Beautiful and stylish design – The room was elegant and well-furnished, with a comfortable bed that ensured a great night’s sleep. Excellent amenities – The courtyard is lush and beautiful, adding to the serene atmosphere. I also appreciated the luxurious APPELLES shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion, which provided a truly indulgent experience. Nice touches – A welcome drink was provided, and the friendly staff made the stay feel welcoming. Great breakfast – The quality and variety of the breakfast were impressive, but I think they should label the type of broth used in soups. Since I don’t eat beef, I had to ask the staff to confirm. Fantastic location – The hotel is well-located in the Old Quarter, yet it maintains a quiet, upscale ambiance that sets it apart from many other hotels in the area. A Few Downsides: Fridge space issue – The minibar was fully stocked with priced items, leaving little to no space for personal items like my own water. It would be more convenient if guests had some fridge space. Confusing placement of paid and free items – Priced minibar items were mixed together with complimentary items (like coffee), which could cause confusion. In my opinion, The menu should be sufficient and enough if you want to sell snacks and drinks. Small complimentary water bottles – While two free bottles were provided daily, they were too small for my preference. Checkout experience – Upon checkout, I was asked to wait while they checked the room, supposedly to ensure I hadn’t forgotten anything. While this might be a standard practice for them, I’ve never encountered this in major hotels before. Final Thoughts: Overall, REY Hotel is a fantastic choice for travelers who want a luxurious yet affordable stay in Hanoi. It’s one of the best-designed hotels in the Old Quarter, and its combination of style, comfort, and great service makes it stand out from the competition. I would highly recommend it, with just a few minor areas for improvement.
