Nice Quite hotel good for relaxing stay”
We booked on thee Beach Terrace but due to too many mosquitos, we paid some extra amount and upgrade to Seaview plus at Royal Cliff Grand Hotel, it's the tallest building around. The hotel is nice and spacious, rooms are clean, quite, and with very good view @ 17 floor. You can enjoy many of the pools in nearby hotels under the same brand. The cons are the transportation, it's a bit far from the Pattaya center area, cost 200B+ to go Walking Street or beach road. So recommend this hotel to those who prefer a quite and relaxing stay in Pattaya and only enjoy the hotel service.

I got an upgraded room from honeymoon suit at Royal Cliff Beach Terrace to mini suit sea view plus at Royal Cliff Grand Hotel. Prices of foods and beverages at the hotel restaurants are reasonable, not too expensive. I got complimentary water 5-6 bottles per day. Room is clean and new.

First of all, there are several hotels under the same "Royal Cliff" brand situated together, sharing facilities such as a private beach and the infinite pool in which you can't miss. The "Terrace" part of this hotel groups is definitely for lovers or couples. The room has an open bathroom with a bathtub and the area is private. Foods are overpriced so better have a car driving to have a dinner somewhere in the city.

Great stay for honeymoon”
We had a wonderful stay. Stayed 5 nights. The 300 baht price back and forth to Pattaya was well worth the peace and tranquility of the hotel. The Asian Restaurant up in the back was excellent and priced good. The restaurant down by the beach not so much. Food and price was ok, server couldn't speak english, for me ok, my wife is Thai, but if me and my friend went I don't know what would of happened, maybe another server, also server seemed tasked to do her job, and could not tell me if they could add pork to a seafood dish. When asked she just said I don't know what do you want. I had to have my wife tell her to go find out, which seemed to bother her, and of course they could add it. Other than that this hotel was fabulous. The pools have the most amazing views and not a better place anywhere to take pictures. Our deck view was also great. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. There is also a 7-11 in walking distance, they told us there wasn't. Walk to the beach and turn left. Go up a big flight of stairs and there is a street with all kinds of stores on it. Perfect for our long stay to buy simple items and beer.

Greatest resort stay in my life ”
Staff is so kindly and friendly. And hotel location is really calm and good for relaxing. Every room facility is cleaned and comfortable. I stay with my partner who is birthday on check in date. I just left her date of birth and ask some support for my surprise. And they prepare birthday setting room with bed decorations, message card and cake. Of course my partner was surprised, and I was surprised too! Thank you for everything, Royal Cliff Staffs!!

Quiet getaway from the ruckus in Pattaya.”
The tides were not favorable for our visit as they covered the hotel's beach during the day and exposed them at night. The swimming pools were satisfactory although I thought were strongly chlorinated and hurt my eyes. Better to bring goggles. The nearby beach was accessible from a quaint albeit rickety wooden footpath along a small cliff separating the hotel's property. Breakfast and food service was excellent and we dinned every night at the beach side restaurant. The staff there offered great service, the price was reasonable, menu encompassing, and a superior alternative to driving to Pattaya beach for dinner. I wish the beds were softer, mosquitoes fewer, and ride fares off the property more realistic and fair. A convenience store for small essentials and snacks would have been nice too. Great holiday stay if you wish to detach.

Exceptional Stay with great views and private beach.”
Our 3 day stay was wonderful. The staff was real helpful with our heavy luggage. The sunrise breeze terrace bar was amazing and very romantic. On my reviews, I always like to tell the real story, not just give the positives anybody can do that. Just to reiterate our stay was exceptional. Just beware that the amenities such as onsite restaurants and other hotel activities are abnormally high and will add up quickly. Do not get me wrong they are all outstanding but a little over priced for what you get. Technically you could jump in a taxi and get the same stuff for half the price 2 minutes away. I am not a penny pitcher but just letting reviewers know what to expect. Breakfast was way over priced with no one making fresh omelettes. It was hard navigate all the different types of foods without signs and move around all the people. I do recommend this hotel but be aware of all the additional charges.

This was my second stays in this resort within a month(1st stay was Royal Cliff Grand Hotel-really impressive).Royal Cliff Beach Terrace Honeymoon Minisuite,close to the beach,but the mosquito is having BIG PARTY in the room(yet the mosquito repellent is NOT FOC),if your management knew its so mosquito-happening,free mosquito repellent isn't a big deal right?Visited Breezeo again gor second time,never got dissapointed(the King Lobster,is a MUST TRY)!

I booked this hotel as a location to propose to my wife. After a day trip spent on the Island we came back to our hotel and were astonished by the whole resort. The room was beautiful and the view was amazing. We had a meal at the Royal Grill restaurant. Amazing service, ambience and food. We then went for drinks at the Terrace Bar where I popped the question...She said yes! the next morning we had breakfast at the buffet restaurant in the lobby. The food was good but I seem to remember that breakfast finished serving early...or it could have been that we had a late night and we didn't get up too early. Either way once they stop serving, they are pretty quick to clean away the food. All in all an amazing experience.

Stay at Cliff Terrance Hotel to celebrate my hubby birthday. The staff is helpful to arrange birthday cake for my hubby. The room is good and have great view to the beach. The swimming pool is nice. In general, this hotel is really valued for 5 stars and I will come back again when I go to Pattaya next time.

A pleasant stay”
The Royal Cliff Hotels Group in Pattaya is a very huge & beautiful resort with Four Hotels, I stayed 1 night in Terrace Wing and 1 night in Grand Wing. The room has a good & comfortable design, however the facility is a little bit old. The Grand Wing is newer & also more expensive then Terrace Wing. The location is a bit far from centre, if going to centre we had to book hotel car for 400bath/one way. In overall, I think it's still worth the money to stay here, not only bcos of the room but you can totally enjoy the beautiful pools, garden, beach, restaurants, view...

That was the third time I stayed at Royal Cliff but the first with a young child. My experience was awesome. They have a great support for people with children. The restaurant prepared special food for my child upon my request. I really recommend this hotel for any kind of traveler but specially when you have child.

Beautiful hotel, heavily over priced. ”
Been to many 5 star hotels across the world, Royal Cliff was a beautiful hotel, great amenities and lovely staff. However, the pricing was ridiculous when noting the location. Understandably, hotel pricing is high, but this was over priced for what was offered. 5 to 10 times over local and 2 to 3 times over what's reasonably accepted for hotel prices, especially for local foods and alcohol. Other than pricing, location was fine. No taxi offered by the hotel to Pattaya. Royal Cliff Terrace rooms were lovely, very clean and well maintained.

Very good hotel. Located up the hill not far from Pattaya, but isolated enough if you want to escape from this bustling city. The hotel has everything you can ask for. Fabulous facilities, many swimming pools, chill-out areas, restaurants and even its own private beach. Great service. Very recommendable!

Great looking hotel for honeymoon! ”
The hotel was gorgeous with so many facilities and a private beach just at your doorstep. From our room, we could just open the balcony and enjoy the sound of wave brushing the shore in the afternoon. You cant get any better than that. The staffs were excellently trained on service. We rented a scooter from outside and parked it inside. Every morning a guy at the parking space would greet us, use a damp cloth to wipe our seat to cool it off and even clean our scooter. Every staff from concierge, reception, housekeeping, security and the parking guy can speak fluent English. Two thumbs up! If we have to give a suggestion, it is the mosquitoes in the room we cannot stand. When we got in, within 15 min we killed 10 mosquitoes and everyday we would kill like 5 more. We stayed for 3 nights so every day the number of mosquitoes decreased, but still it would be great if they could spray the room before guests check in. We didnt take breakfast due to our halal food restriction and we were unsure whether or not they could provide. For those who want to go to downtown Pattaya, you can rent a scooter for 150 bhatt per day outside in the city. It is a ton cheaper than paying 150 bhatt per trip by a cab unless you are travelling with a family. Overall we were quite satisfied and would come back if there is a good deal for this hotel hopefully with our kid and parents. :)

The housekeeper didn't check it. So, we only use one bathroom. We liked the other things is hotel. But, clear water is important thing for us. We preferred not to go tho the Royal cliff again.

Great Hotel and staff”
This is our 2nd stay at this Hotel and we upgraded our room to the next level. As always everything was perfect. The room, the staff, the pool and beach area. Although just a little bit out of Pattaya we find it more suited to a family of couple who are not interested in the frantic nightlife Pattaya has to offer.
