The location is quite hard to find, and no convenient store nearly but the hotel is ok. The room is clean and spacious.

Pros: 1)This hotel situated at a quite calm area, it has a big compound beside the river, nice and cooling temperatures to explore in the morning of winter time. 2) I'd booked a suite since the price was not much different compare to the deluxe room. When I entered into the room I was regretted felt like asking them to change me to deluxe room instead, because the room is overly big for me, I felt surly in the night due to the deco and furnishing kinda old n rundown (especilly the bedroom ). Is time to do some changes !!! (But the next morning while i was passing by a deluxe room, i saw the deco was new and modern)! 3) The morming breakfast was set at a white little cottage behind the hotel, the deco was cozy and spacious( It's like two different world compare to the main block). You may order your breakfast from menu at your own choice, it was simple but yummy! Also coffee, tea, fruits, cake was set -up at a buffet table! Cons: 1)Best with your own transport if you wants to stay here, I don't really remember there are any restaurant or eatery around the hotel. 2) Water pressure was weak, need some patient during bathing. Overall i will still choose this hotel on my midway to the northern as considering the prices and services they provided! Thank you guys

Great breakfast, but the bed could be better.”
I praised the cleanliness of the room and the delicious breakfast at this hotel. The double room I stayed in was big and had good, chilling AC. The not so good feature was the hard bed that also was tilted on the sides, which made it a bit awkward to sleep. Although the location was far from the city center, it was not hard to find it with the GPS.

A liltle hard to find the place at first. Lovely little place. Looks like the have 2 buildings in which one is a hotel and the other is the monthly apt style living. I like the garden and a little cafe they have.

Nice hotel for the road trip”
The location is far away from the Chiang Mai city but it is ok for me since I am on a road trip. Room is clean and well equipped. Hot water is available in the room which is a plus for me. Breakfast was basic as only bread and some fruits are available.

The rooms were okay cleaned. There were stains on the bed. Everything there was very old. The aicon was old and not functioning well and so was the TV. Breakfast was okay, affordable. Overall, the hotel is okay, if you are looking for a place to sleep for a night.

I am satisfied with Royal Princess City Lamphun. If they can have a swimming pool will be perfect. Staff are helpful. If they can speak English, they can be very successful and popular. I enjoy to stay there.

The customer service was amazing. The workers helped in any way they could. They even asked how they could make things better. We totally enjoyed our stay at the Royal Princess City Hotel and we will use it again in the future. It was an enjoyable time.

The Resturant has good food”
it was wonderful and very quiet. we will stay in this hotel the next time we visit lamphun. the price is very low and worth every penny. we enjoyed every aspect of our stay at this hotel and we will reccomend it to our friends when they travel to lamphun.

Calm and quite with comfort”
I like this hotel, when ever we visit lamphun we stay here, this is our 4 visit, for the price we pay we have have no complains. the staff is very friendly and always wants to make sure you stay comfortable.

Nice, Clean and Quite Hotel”
The hotel is just off highway 11, which is convenient, but if you don't have your own transportation it's a little ways out of town. The hotel itself is located in a nice quite neighborhood, which was nice. The room was clean, quite, spacious and nicely decorated; the only things missing were night tables. The staff was very welcoming and always had a smile. There was a nice sitting area by the stream, as well as, a nice covered patio for dining. Unfortunately, we were not there long enough to take advantage of either one. All in all, it was a nice place to stay and we would stay there again if we had the chance.

Hotel outside town”
Stayed in very spacious VIP room on the way back to CM on hired scooter.. It was a few KM from town and highway but OK because we had our own transport. City it is not. Comfortable and nice but not close to much.

Great place to stay with young children”
I would definitely recommend this place to others. Even though it's not in the centre of the town, it's a quiet and comfortable place for family. Room is clean and staff are very friendly.

Nice place for the price ”
Great place for the money. Just remember you are in Thailand, not a 4 seasons resort. The staff are super friendly and we will stay here again. It is off the beaten path which means it's very quiet here. A/c worked great.
