I have experienced with many ryokan and onsen in Japan, this place is one of the best. Super value for money in everything. Shuttle bus is on-time and convenience enough. Hotel is new, look great with style and decoration, large room, clean and private. Location is nice, close to natural river, you can hear the stream from your room and onsen. Onsen is superb, new, cle...
We stayed for 3 nights with teens. It was super service. The reception assisted us with our day to day plans and we had free bus shuttle. The osen was clean and you had 3 options. If you are after tradition, gold star service & traditional Japanese cuisine.. book this place!!!

It was typical japanese accomodation. The dining was great.
Comfortable but facilities quite old. Private onsen and public onsen available. The public onsen has both indoor and outdoor options. Dinner and breakfast were good.
Nice and big Hotel with performance show at the lobby 8PM, Variety and good quality of food in the dinner buffet. Good outdoor onsen. Very helpful staff.
Staff is very nice.

Classic Japanese beauty. ...
The staff were exceptional. From communicating with them via e-mails and in person, they made sure our needs were met. The experience of having your own Onsen while the snow f...
Great hotel with staff that will go above and beyond. The onsen is fantastic, and shows daily for entertainment. The ping pong tables are closed during certain times which can be frustrating if you are staying for multiple days and do not leave the resort. overall great place to stay but very expensive at 500$ per night
the onsen is good but too far from room
