Exceptional”
One night stay in their Duplex 2 bedroom suite. Design structure of the room would be more ideal for those in the young adult middle age group. The aesthetic round stairway proves a little challenging for the elders to climb. Service was top notch, staffs were attentive to our needs. We wanted to do room service since we were quite a big group, and they staffs were very helpful to organise tables, utensils, glasses etc. for us. Highly recommend to friends.

I went there for a night and I had one of the best night. The hotel is clean, tidy and well-decorated. The location is amazing, with the best view! The staff are very friendly and helpful. I defo would come back again.

Deluxe river view with terrace was beautiful. Room was elegant - really loved the earthy tones throughout the room. View looking over the river and onto the temples was amazing. My only negative comment is that the pool doesn’t have a view of the river/temples but its very minor issue. Sitting by the river for breakfast or cocktails definitely made up for that. Highly recommend this place.

Really a lovely place. Best place to stay for 2nights3days stay to visit Ayutthaya. This was recommended by a friend and indeed an artistic place. Tasty food yet a bit pricy but feeling safe to have as many meals as in one place during the covid period

Room with the perfect view of the temple”
The hotel is small but beautiful. It has very nice bar and a restaurant and the food is yummy! It also has a pool so the kids really enjoyed. The hotel can also arrange a boat ride so you can see all the temples from the river. The best part was our beautiful room which had a view of the temple - simply amazing !

We spend a night during our honeymoon at Sala hotel, how magnificent… the room, the pool, the restaurant… The staff is very friendly and helpful, they arranged a last minute sunset tour with a longtail boat for us, which we won’t forget soon. The hotel is only 10’ away from the station so convenient to teach by tuk tuk.

Love the architecture of this hotel. Our room is nice & comfortable though the terrace opens to a wall (make sure you book for a room with the river view!) The lit up temple view at their restaurant at night is excellent - had a wonderful time at both dinner & breakfast there al-fresco style. Breakfast is plenty and well worth the note. The pool is very small though, not for swimming, more for a dipping in the hot afternoon. But the in-room large bath tub and strong hot water made up for it. Staffs are all very nice & friendly. Highly recommended!

There always seems to be a catch with a 'boutique' hotel, this time it was the distinct lack of parking, approx 9 spots for a 27 room establishment. The parking attendant is very helpful and needs to be because it is reverse parking on a very busy road running alongside the river. We were somewhat disappointed with our dinner experience (my Thai wife rated the food 6.5/10) was overpriced but the vista is fabulous and the staff attentive. That said, the breakfast offering is among the best I have enjoyed and again the staff were first class. The room was clean, the bed comfortable but the cable television they say they offer was a mere 4 channels with True Visions being claimed "to have problems". I suspect that was a convenient excuse for not having it to offer. The heavy sliding door was difficult to lock. Accommodations therefore 7/10. Overall, we enjoyed our two night stay but perhaps will look elsewhere next time we visit Ayutthaya.
