I love staying at this hotel. The rooms are clean . The staff are helpful. Very comfort to stay. Bed was really comfortable. I like about it. the staff there from front desk to housekeeping are pretty nice and supportive. I would recommend to stay here.

New Hotel, Great Location!”
The hotel is newly built so everything looks very neat and clean. The location is great, very close to Bangkok and the hotel itself feels like it's on the island. The river view of the restaurant is also nice.

New place for Staycation”
It is the new hotel which is 40 minutes drive from Bangkok only. Its a beautiful hotel, in a spectacular location, The Rooms are modern and tasteful, the common areas are classy and beautifully designed. Great breakfast. All staffs were very friendly and attentive.

LOVE the design, the location and everything. Unfortunately this hotel chain needs to improve their food quality and service. The sequence of the food seemed to be screwed up. Appetizer was served at the end and nothing tasted good. They replaced English muffins in egg benedict with plain bread without telling me ahead of time. Not ok for this high-endish hotel. If I knew, I would have changed my order to something else.

- staff don’t clean slippery floor nor bench after the rain - the floor itself doesn’t prevent slippery - no other facility but a pool - toilet and bedroom doesn’t have a partition so your partner can always see you cleaning your blind spot which is very awkward

At first , staff without service minded and not a professional. Then the room doesnt match with value of money ! Even you informed the hotel that you are the 1st tier to the confirmed Covid positive ,but the hotel refused to allow you to change the period of stay (even they allowed eventually) but yes it has shown how it is. Will never go back again

This room has small River view”
If you want big river view you have to choose pool villa. BTW room was good clean and beautiful. PS . Room is suitable for very closed friends or stay alone. Bathroom is located in the middle of the room with thin transparent linen curtain.

Great food, beautiful suite and amazing staff. The staff was so helpful with my father who is wheelchair bound. It was a bit difficult as the facility was not wheelchair friendly but we all worked together to make sure that my father enjoyed his stay.

10K with bed bug bites”
Me an my husband stayed for 2 nights. After first night, I woke up and found red bumps like BED BUG BITES on my right outer arm (12 bites ). I informed the staff and expected any first aid assistance. - No medication provided. They said it’s not available ( no further assistance received ) I decided to go out and find medication by myself as it started itching. I came back and stayed another night. What I literally found is a BED BUG on my bed inside the duvet. I mean like Really?!? It was very disappointing. During check out after reporting this issue again, I was provided 20% discounts on food and beverage bills which costed 400THB discount. Why do I have to pay 10k THB and receive 400THB for itchiness and red numbs in return.

Weekend Getaway”
As it is located very closed to Bangkok, it can be a very good place to spend your weekend getaway with friends and family. Thumbs up to the staffs, they are top notch I would say. Every request (from plates to ice bucket to electrician) are met with quick responses. Can be a bit pricey during the weekend as we stay at Signature Villa (3 bedrooms) but it was worth it in my opinion.
