Great view and friendly”
The staff are very friendly and take care of you. Rooms are very clean and beds comfortable with extras like mosquito repellant, fruit, beach bags and flowers. The restaurant has excellent views and the beach is clean. Menu is fine and breakfast is good. They happily made special vegan food like sweet and sour tofu and minestrone soup for me.

Another great stay at Samui Paradise”
We have been staying here regularly since 2002 & the resort is as lovely as ever. Staff are brilliant and the whole place is immaculate. The food in the restaurant is top quality. However, sadly the same can’t be said for Koh Samui itself. Over the years it’s got scruffier but this time, after Covid, it’s awful. A large part of Chaweng is derelict- abandoned restaurants, shops and bars. The pavements are worse than ever with large holes and uneven surfaces. The whole place feels deserted. There is no atmosphere at night. Those restaurants that have survived offer a very limited menu. It’s very sad to see the place like this. The tailors who used to actively try and get business seem to have given up and the whole island has an air of apathy and despondency. Very sad to see ans we love the resort but unfortunately we won’t be returning and will try to find an alternative place.

Great location on the best part of the beach really clean and staff are fantastic. Also two happy hours 10-12,pm and again 5-7pm the food is also amazing we Wii return to Paradise again soon.

It is Paradise ”
It is right on the beach with beach front properties. Furthest rooms take 3 mins to walk to the sea. Breakfast superb and plenty. Staff are great an helpful. I got a free upgrade (covid times. Nov 21 travel date) Overall this is a fantastic resort breakfast restaurant and evening bar overlooks the sea with amazing views morning noon and night. There is also a great bar 4 min walk from resort Bamboo Bar. Go see Lisa and Ying Ying and say Lee sent you. I highly recommend this place. I noticed one guy said he didn't get breakfast on last day. That's BS I did.

Fun and relaxing adventure”
An adventurous jungle pathway takes you to the standalone villa rooms. The room is quite spacious and comfortable with a large bathroom. The resort has a large pool and backs right out onto the southern end of Chaweng Beach, where you can pop out for a swim at your leisure. The buffet breakfast is delicious with numerous options, and the bar offers adventurous cocktails and quality entertainment. We had a wonderful, relaxing and welcoming stay.

Great Hotel on the beach”
We stayed here last minute while waiting to get flights back to Canada due to the coronavirus. great hotel right on the beach. We booked a Grand Deluxe Villa and the bungalows were beautiful and clean. Staff were excellent and the breakfast was delicious and consisted of lots of variety. Would definitely stay again.

Just Magical”
Showing up to samui paradise was like a dream. Quite honestly the prettiest hotel property and beach ive ever stayed at. We had the Thai style paradise room, which is I believe the only of its kind at the hotel. I highly recommend it! It had a front porch and deck and overlooked the ocean. The room looks more rustic than the other ocean view rooms which I preferred as well. Everyone who worked there were amazing at their jobs and i wish I remembered everyones names. Nick and Pom were fantastic. Get these people NYC hospitality jobs stat! Seriously, above and beyond, everyone! The only drawbacks were if you can even say that, is its a bit far from everything (though we didnt mind), the “hot tub” with our room was a bathtub, and the tv had 4 channels and the settings were in Thai (but, should you really care about tv in paradise?) Magical experience. If i came back to Koh Samui i would definitely stay again.

Its located at one end of Chaweng Beach. Staff is lovely and helpful. Villas are nice. The restaurant is ok. Tuk tuks and taxis are easily available. Great Thai restaurant 2 min walk away.

Nice Hotel and Very Friendly Staffs”
We booked the Paradise Suite room for 3 nights. The room was located in the beachfront area. It was unfortunate for us to arrive there during the storm period and the tide was very high and strong. The high tide that hit the bunker in the morning was quite noisy. The room was nice and clean, but we couldn't use the jacucci 'cause of the strong wind. The staffs were very helpful and nice, trying to comfort us in many ways. They also offered us to change the room if we wanted to, but we were quite ok with the room we had. The location was a little bit far from the central walking area, but within the walking distance. We rented a motorcycle for a 200 THB per day which was quite convenient to travel around the island, and the distance was not an issue for us. Overall, it was great although it may not be as good as 5-star global brand hotel, but comparing to the price we paid was really worth the money.

Too close to main road, You can hear the loud speakers vehicles, awful, nice breakfast.”
The noise at night. my god! Chaweng main road is noisy street, the hotel is located right on the road, we could hear every single volume vehicle speaker.. bad experience. The breakfast was really nice. The water of shower did not flash, isntead they were flooding away of the hole ner the toilet. Not gonna come back there, sorry,

We are happy to stay 3 days , on arrival no welcome drink or cool towel room is okay and clean , however the room is not very dark for sleeping. The resort looks nothing like the photos on website , needs a refurbishement The breakfast was average and couldn’t drink the cappuccinos

Disappointing”
we stayed here for our honeymoon for 1 night as we were heading back to Bangkok the next morning. i must say this was thew most disappointing stay of our whole 3.5 week holiday. the room was unclean, the beach is so rough and we were unable to go in the sea. Also, there are no authentic touches here at all. you could be in spain! this s the least Thai place i have ever stayed- must more geared towards westerners who don't leave the grounds much. i complained about the room and had no offer for money back or a proper apology. very rude.

Big change”
We stayed this hotel many times before COVID-19. Now most of staff has gone and unfortunately service is not good enough like before. Also around this hotel area, most of restaurants and shops still closed. Without motor bike, really difficult to get. It is too early to judge but if you come to Koh Samui first time, I recommend main street.

Lovely hotel”
The Samui Paradise Chaweng is a lovely hotel on probably the best spot on Chaweng Beach. The beach is quiet and clean with comfortable beach chairs and umbrellas, definitely not wall to wall people, a very friendly staff and the most delicious banana and watermelon shakes which are available at the hotel restaurant/bar. The resort is small and beautifully laid out. The rooms are comfortable with enough amenities. The beds are comfortable. There is plenty of hot water and the airco is more than adequate. My only real criticism of this hotel is that the Deluxe double bed Villa which I booked for my teenage sons was near the road and not deserving of the description Deluxe Villa. The hotel should not charge the same rate for this Villa as for the other Deluxe Villas which are nicely located. Teenage boys are of course not at all critical in this regard, but the hotel should take the extra noise and lack of nice surroundings into consideration. We only ate dinner at the hotel restaurant one night but did have our lunch there everyday. The food is not cheap but it is very tasty and beautifully prepared.

A Slice of Paradise ”
My family and I had a wonderful, relaxing stay at Samui Paradise. We stayed for 9 nights. The first night they upgraded us to the family suite villa, which has a view of the beach. It was amazing! The kids really enjoyed the jacuzzi. The other nights we stayed in the grand deluxe villa. This was also amazing - we could relax on the lounge on the balcony and we had the view of the pool and the beach in the distance! The buffet breakfast was delicious, you could have your room cleaned every day if you wanted, and the staff were so kind and helpful! There are some nice restaurants nearby, as well as a convenient store and pharmacy, and it’s easy to walk or get a taxi to central Chaweng. It really is paradise - no need to leave! We were happy enjoying the pool and the beach, and the in-house spa, Chalalai Spa! All spa options are 50% if you book through Chalalai Spa. Great massages! I cannot recommended Samui Paradise enough! We are hoping to come back next year!
